I was very underwhelmed by the service that I got at Gerber. I called to schedule a date to drop off my car and when I called again on that day I was told that I hadn’t been scheduled and would have to wait even extra time. Due to various part problems I went from being told I would pick my car up on a Wednesday, the a Friday, then the following Tuesday I actually picked it up(this was after it had been in there for at least a week.) All together it was over 2 weeks that my car was in the shop, and to top it all off when I went to pick it up the battery was completely dead. In addition, the trunk liner wasn’t lined up right and they had to poke it back in before I left with it. All in all I’d imagine that you could get much better customer service from another body shop.
