Great place to get a haircut! I’ve been there a couple of times and service is fantastic, the stylists are always very welcoming and friendly and on top of that they give really good haircuts. The only downside is the haircuts are kinda pricey at $ 18 a haircut, but in my honest opinion I think it’s absolutely worth it.

OMGaaaawdddd Can someone turn the Air Conditioning on in this salon?! I felt like a baked potato! I would rather get my hair cut outside that way at least I would feel some sort of cool air. Someones pleaseeee fix this ASAP! Its wayyy to HOT in there. Thank you!

My stylist Sidney was great knew the answer to all my question n needs but I wanted a blow dry but it was very hott in ur salon fix it air conditioning I feel sorry for your stylist it was way to hott in there

I got a great haircut this evening from Katherine. I have had a hard time getting a proper hair cut for quite some time because so many stylists rush through the job and send me on my way. Katherine spent the extra time and effort to make sure I was totally satisfied.
I am very pleased with the results and more importantly my wife loves how I look :-)

My experience was so bad, I never even made it to a haircut! I came to this Supercuts for the first time on a Friday just before 5:00. I was prepared to wait, and the receptionist said it would be about 20 minutes — very reasonable for a walk-​in. The business is open until 9:00, but at 5:00, the receptionist went off duty and was not replaced. Then the circus began. Every time the phone rang (often), or a customer walked in (regularly), one of the 4 stylists working had to stop what they were doing and take care of business. Each stylist was also responsible for working the register for their current customer, and cleaning their work area between customers. I waited nearly an hour, and just as it was finally going to be my turn, my stylist’s last customer re-​entered the store with a question about the products she had just purchased. She had been overcharged, and needed a refund, but the stylist who had cut her hair and rung her up (and who I was waiting for) could not figure out how to make a refund, so a SECOND stylist had to leave her customer and go try to figure it out. All of this could have been avoided with proper staffing. There needed to be a dedicated front-​desk employee to handle the traffic, phone, and cashiering. After an hour and 10 minutes, I said I was leaving, and all I got was an «I’m sorry.» That is not how to run a successful business.

So ive gone to the Claremont Supercuts for years, always pleased but tried a high dollar salon and ive gone back twice to have my A-​line bob fixed and still not right. Im going back ti Inez at Supercuts, shes awesome.

Katherine was great! First time at a supercuts, wanted an affordable cut and was willing to sacrifice getting pampered. To my happy surprise I got the best of both worlds. Katherine knew just what I wanted even with very little input from me, I’m annoying like that. Tend possibly even better than the cut was the tea tree scalp massage. It is a must do!

Ok. This place went way down. Came in after rushing over for our appointment only to be met with rudeness and a claim that they don’t make appointments that far in advanced (when I told her we called earlier today). Well, obviously you do considering we talked to Ilene and you guaranteed you would make one for us. After she wrote us in she then had the nerve to tell us there is one person ahead of us (who didn’t have an appointment). Really? Ok.
After now waiting 30 min. and after sitting here watching an employee get her hair washed by yet another employee and said employee then taking her friend who walked in after everyone who is already waiting, and then another employee taking someone else before us (after clearly stating he was a walk in) we finally were seen. The haircut was perfect, but the customer service given by the older middle eastern or Hispanic lady lost a customer for good.

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years now and I have to say that when Jennifer left I was concerned however Inez is fabulous and on the occasion when she’s not available I get great cuts.

Ugh. Very ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ on this place. I came here for the first time about a week ago. The hairstylist I was given was awesome and i had fun with her.
BUT, lets not forget the main reason I came: for my hair. Not to make friends…
First of all I was basically overcharged. Its one of those things where they do extra stuff that you never asked for and you get billed for it later. I dont really feel like the lady who cut my hair even really listened to what I wanted. She just kind of did her own thing. Which is a major negative trait in a hairstylist, in my opinion. My friends mom had to fix my hair, my bangs were literally uneven and choppy :(which was not what i asked for… I just simply wanted messy texturized bangs. And they were cut too short. Oh well. Hair grows right? :/

I like going to supercuts because it’s easy to just drop in. They also have great hours, open pretty late on weekdays and open on Sat and Sun as well. I’ve done $ 85 haircuts, $ 40 haircuts and supercuts $ 18. For convenience and money, supercuts works well for me. I

I had a fix it cut with Jessica (with the dark hair)! She totally understood the problem with a previous cut (not with her). In just five minutes, she shaped the cut into what I had wanted all along. Thanks, Jessica!

Went to this supercuts for the first time last night in need of a quick haircut. On my way back from my hectic Christmas shopping, I decided to stop.
When I came in, two friendly employees greeted me and did the normal «let’s set you up» deal, and I was instantly in the chair getting my haircut (given it was probably 7−8pm)
Jessica, the lady who cut my hair did a phenomenal job, especially for a hair style that I’ve never really done before. She was very friendly and cut my hair fantastically. Will be back for my next haircut! Make sure to ask for Jessica!

Let me start by saying that I have been going to this store for years now, but sadly after tonight I refuse to go back. when I arrived I was told 2 people were ahead of me (no problem) it takes 35 mins. for the two staff members to cut two peoples hair.(not a problem). The gentleman next to me who arrived after me and didn’t call ahead is seated before me because he is a friend of the hair stylist. Now I am frustrated, then the second stylist finishes with her person. At the same time as soon as her customer leaves the chair a man who was never there before me walks in the door gives her a big hug and sits right down in her chair. I have now been waiting for 52 minutes and been cut in line twice by the stylist friends. Never once did they apologize for the wait or even acknowledge I was still waiting. They made it very clear how little they care about customers and only care about helping their friends. They are unprofessional and I would never recommend any one goes here. They don’t care about you as a customer. Terrible.

it was my first time here… passing-​by and needed a hair cut.
i have not been to a super cut in a long time because of bad experiences.
As i walked in, i was greeted with a friendly smile and ask me if i have a preference on who’s going to cut my hair.
i was seated immediately and my hair stylist started to converse. she was a lovely lady, a good smell to her, and a nice smile… happily i end up a hair cut i like.
i would go back to this place again if i happen to pass-​by around this area.
they are pretty good with kids. at first i thought it was a childrens hair saloon. hehehe

Awful. I mean if you want cheap haircut or do not care about your hairstyle at all (I’m serious), then go. Otherwise, I really recommend you ladies to put some more money and time and go somewhere else because once you get a hair cut here… You’re going to regret rest of your life why you didn’t go somewhere else. My first time here, they took an hour to cut my hair… 1 hour? the next time I went, I asked her no layers please but my hair was literally steeper than the steps Cinderella had to walk down

Inez is the best!

I am a guy with short hair, pretty basic really. I use to come here when I was younger, and now I have started coming here again. I missed my regular hair dresser and my afro was out of control so I figured I quick trip to supercuts would fit the bill. A quick trim on the sides with a #2 and trim down the top. I was in and out in maybe 45min. For at total of $ 16 it was well worth it.

Got my haircut there today. I’m not sure what the girls name was but she was friendly & very helpful. Was in & out in less than an hour. & it only cost me $ 16

I was very reluctant to come here, as I’ve had some horrible experiences at the supercuts in covina. But after reading the reviews below, I decided to give this place a try. I requested Jen from recommendation, and I was not disappointed! It cost me an extra $ 2 to reserve her, but it was very well worth it. Jen is a nice little Chinese lady who’s been working there for about 18 years, and has tons of experience. As soon as she started clipping my hair, I knew something was different. She cuts with purpose, everything carefully calculated. She really knows what she’s doing. I swear, I felt as if she was a maestro conducting a symphony with the orchestra that was my hair. She is very nice, and has great memory. She remembered both my name and the hairstyle i wanted by the second time I came. Now she always greets me with a smile and «the usual?»
I can’t speak for the rest of the hairdressers here, but the service is always great. 4 stars, since it is still a supercuts, not a luxury salon. Also the price is sort of steep, but I think it’s worth it.
