This place is great. I lost 35 lbs! Very effective. I highly recommend.

I did a lot of research before finding Medi-​Slim and this was my 3^rd consultation from various clinics. I really liked the hours and the fact that they are open on Saturdays! Oh and only 11 miles away from my home compared to the other clinics in West LA that I had consultations with. I went in on September 10 and got my first HCG shot. Loaded up for the two days with fatty foods. That was the best part. Started the strict diet on Monday Sep 12. First day ok, 2^nd day ok, 3^rd day I was hungry and light headed and also 4^th day. Then 5^th day Friday I felt better. Now on my second week I’m feeling tired easily and hungry. I called today (12^th day) and they suggested I come in and get a B12 shot for energy which is what I will do. There supposed to last a week so I’m looking forward to doing that on Saturday. I have lost so far 12 pounds and everyone at work has noticed. My clothes are fitting better but I still have a ways to go. I got the 40 shots package because I’m a small frame person with too much weight. I’m in a size 14 and want to be at least an 8. I’ll never be a size 5 again but I’ll take an 8! I guess it does work but it’s hard to stick to the diet! OMG is it hard. But I want to get my money’s worth so I have to do my best. I’ve noticed that when I do cheat, like with a small cookie or piece of cheese, I only lose ounces and not a pound. So I will continue with my struggle and see how it goes.

I love this place! I have been coming here for almost 8 months and have lost over 20 lbs… whew! And people have definitely noticed. The girls at this location are awesome! Love working with Nathalie and Maria! You gotta try this place out!

The program is seem easy to follow and should be 5 Stars. However the office staffs need to improve as the Doctor is not the one that always facing the clients/​patients. That’s why I take off 1 Star.
Detailed Review:
My cousin, who join at Rancho Cucamonga, is very happy with the result so she took me on introduction meeting, the doctor is very informative, friendly and patient to answer in detail for any concern arise. He seems a very caring doctor that not just try to sell his program. He even discourage me to purchase thing that is not necessary for me to have eventhough it’s mean less money on his pocket. He make me feel safe and secure to join his program.
Since I heard his summer promo on the new location in Diamond Bar, which the location should be work perfectly for me, I plan to join there.
But I force myself to be there by telling myself that I am there not for the staff but the program but it is not easy.
UNFORTUNETELY I CAN NOT EXTEND THE SAME COMMENT TO HIS OFFICE IN DIAMOND BAR.
The front desk lady «N», she is very pretty but not her personality. First, when I heard from other patients, I though she just have a bad day but after observing many incident, she just need to change her attitude and gain some patient and personality. She need to be consistent and nice whether the doctor there or not and treat people with care. She may think people can’t feel when she have no compassion to people. As well, please advice «N» to make people confortable to be around her specially when she treat her colleagues furthermore the client, please don’t be too mean or little rude either but be respectful because when we go there, we want to feel a great atmosphere.
Conclusion:
It is safe to say if distance not a matter, it’s worth driving to Rancho office, for a better service with more relax and friendly atmosphere.
Thanks 2 other medical assistants «M» are nice, helpful and accomodating. Hope they can continue to keep up a good work.
Last, I am sorry if it is to straight forward, because this office has such a great program and Doctor that can help many people life and dream, however a couple people I refer to «DB“office got disturb with ‘N’ respond so one choose to join other program and the other join Rancho office.
This is the reason I decide to express my concern.
PS. A little change can make huge different when it’s come from a genuine heart.
