THIS WALMART IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS… So f****g frustrated at the false and incorrect advertisement being provided. Came here at 1am on June 20 2016 because I badly needed some over the counter pain medication. Please get your act together and fix this misinformation. Again, THIS IS NOT A 24 HOUR STORE. Do not waste your gas and time like I did.

The manager is rude, the so called store manager Claudia behavior worse than the employee the blonde Mexican girl ! The manager made some special policy for this location, just because maybe this location is bigger and have more return n exchange happen? She refuse to return anything that not purchased from this location ! When you actually asking them to show u the policy, they might tell u, the certain location store manager made the policy for their store ! If you believe so ! Never corn back to this location again ! Never ever ! Disgusting attitude for treating the customers ! Gross ! Worst shopping experience ever ! Ever !

Horrible customer service, came here to get a las minute item at 11:54 and the security guard closed the door in my face and said they were closed, i told him it wasn’t even twelve yet and he said didnt you hear me we are closed. 4 minutes later a manager comes by and starts to let people in wtf?
Going to report this to corporate offices, i dont need attitude from the security here

The store seems okay enough when I’ve been there but I got a wrong number fax from the pharmacy with calls coming to my house all day, about 10 of them and each time I called them, I kept being put on hold while they look for a manager when I asked them to take my number and call me back. They pretty much brushed off my calls because if they would’ve listened early in the day I wouldn’t have kept getting calls late into the evening! I kept being told they couldn’t find a manager early in the day. Seems like everytime I call Walmart, I’m put on hold and oftentimes they don’t come back. Their pharmacy has since called me with their fax again! This recent time I called the gal did take my info instead of putting me on hold for no good reason!

This Walmart has a good choice of produce and meats. But their service is BAD! The employees are not friendly and look like they don’t even care. Some don’t know how to enter a WIC check. And they never have enough check out lanes open! Today at 9pm they had three lanes open with the lines reaching the back of the store!!! I wish I had another Walmart close by but I don’t so Im stuck going to this one!

Average Wal-​Mart. Based on reviews I was expecting to have a horrible experience but it wasn’t. The cashier wasn’t friendly and she was extremely slow but not rude. Left with a couple amazing deals. While it’s not the best Wal-​Mart I’ve been to I would go again.

I never had a problem with Walmart every time I’ve gone before I moved, but ever since I moved to la puente oh my… This has got to be the most ghetto walmart I’ve been too lol. I’ve came like about 3 times within a year I lived here. Not only is their store crazy jam packed and parking is a mission, but their customer service sucks, and sometimes there’s only 2 lanes open… Oh and don’t ever call cus it takes 10 years for someone to answer and they put you on hold forever! Worst place ever. I’ll just stick to Target.

Too many times I get home without something I paid for. This time, I was missing 8 small items so apparently I missed a bag. By the time I paid with my CC and was putting my stuff in the basket the checker was already loading the person behind me items. I guess it’s my fault for not checking EVERY bag on the carousel but they need to do something.
My total items left at the store were only worth about $ 10 but it’s not worth going back and get insulted in the customer service line.

Truth be told, i like walmart better than target because things are cheaper and my fat arse (literally) doesn’t fit into target clothes. Enough said.
Don’t know what’s with all the walmart hate but this place is alright. It is a supercenter afterall so it’s HUGE with everything from clothes to technology to a bakery whipping out the nicest apple cinnamon bread. There’s even a redbox (blue for some reason) inside near the customer service department. I think it should be placed outside near the entrance so people could see it and know it’s there. Than again, thats just me.
Parking is great. Spacious parking lot available.

I drove 40 mins at 4am to find out this place is NOT 24hours, even though the official Walmart site and iphone maps + Unilocal says 24 hours. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME

People in front had no $, my stuff was on belt. Had to wait ½ hour before I had to call a manager to help the cashier. Wtf? Then waited another 15 mins. No apology or anything. POS place!!!

I understand why they are not open 24 hours any more because this store is suck!
Tonight 11:00 pm I went to there to buy a new calculator which my professor asked for, but when I got home, it disappeared. I was so mad because I remember I was going to check each hanger clearly to make sure I got everything. The cashier stop me and said «that’s it!» All right. It was you pack everything for me, so I thought I should trust you although you was making jokes with your coworkers. This was not the first time I didn’t get everything! I bought some food too, but she just forgot give the most expensive stuff to me. It is not only about $ 20 but also my time and gas! Stupid Walmart ruined my night, I should sleep right now!
I will suggest that going to target. It is so oooo much better place to shop.

Not a fan of WalMart. I go in there about 2 – 3 times a year and every visit is just bad. Today I actually went to exchange something. I was being helped by an extremely professional employee named STEFANEE. She was actually making this visit to walmart one of the best until of course someone had to kill it. She called for a CSM several times so we had to wait. Poor Stefanee had a long line so she asked nicely to wait aside until the CSM showed up. FINALLY, with all calm in the world, looking as she was having a miserable day with no intentions of helping someone, ELBA the CSM showed up. Super rude and not professional at all! Stefanee apologized and with the biggest smile on her face continued to help us and told us to enjoy the rest of our day. Sad to see that someone with a higher position is way less of a professional and can be so rude!

I normally come here to buy my bullets for my rifle and guns. One lady let’s me buy more then 3 boxes and another lady tells me no more then 3 boxes. The workers here don’t ever to seem to know what’s going on at wal mart.

Don’t come and shop here!!! Plenty of rude employees… Uneducated people. Bought a massager for gifts… they said it was a seasonal items!!! It didn’t say when I bought it!!! they said I can’t return it!!!

Like cheap prices but return policy is horrible. no store credit for over $ 50. Plus I was only customer in line at returns waiting 15 minutes till line was full with 10 customers. Claudia store or return manager didn’t want to help plus she saw me waiting like 15 mins. Please improve I don’t want to just start shopping at target

After waiting on line seeing the cashier used 10 minutes to finish one customer, I just left without buying anything.
This place is the worst.
Very sad place. I can’t stand going there wasting my time.

Awful service awful selection awful everything. Do not go here. Even the phone service takes forever. The guy told me that he had to take someone else’s call so he’s gonna hang up on me…

This Walmart was okay and I came here for one thing: sunglasses. I just needed something for later in my trip and I forgot mine before flying out here. The parking lot was packed and there were a lot of people here. I think there was only one way in and out of the parking lot, but I could have remembered incorrectly. Anyways, I didn’t walk around inside to see how things were in the store since I was there for one thing. Everything else I saw seemed okay and nothing out of the ordinary for a Walmart. The area with the sunglasses was small and a little bit messy. I thought this place was okay.

I ordered an item online and went to pick it up at the store. It’s a big store and I needed directions. I didn’t mind waiting in the line to speak to the customer service center and going all the way back to the store from the entrance to the pick-​up area. Waiting in line picking up an item took about 25 minutes.
One staff person was there to help the customers. The guy who was first in line seemed to ask a lot of questions. We were all glad when he finally left. Then this lady with a full shopping cart checked out all her stuff slowly. One item by one. This is supposed to be a pick up area not a check out! Go to the regular check out like everyone else lady! She took up a lot of time.
When it was finally my turn, I showed my ID and phone for them to scan. After a bit of waiting, they bring out my item. I signed my name on the machine. I thought I was done until the staff made me sign my name again on paper. Then he takes down my item info. On paper which took a long time because he had to write down all the 20+ digits and the detailed name of the product which was hard to spell. This goes way beyond the customary scan and ID check.
I went to the grocery area to get celery. There were 3 bags of celery and all of them were opened. Have they been tampered?
Did someone drop the ball???

I just call the electronic department and the lady got like super bad attitude is not recommended to call this Walmart and the consumer service like shit!

If you show up after midnight, two Walmart employees sitting on electric wheelchairs in front of the store will yell, «WE CLOSED!» at you as you walk up.
Like the guy before said, not open 24 hours anymore.
…but if around 1am someday you and your friends feel like getting yelled at from across a Walmart parking lot you should DEFINITELY head over there.

Extremely bad customer service I have receipt to return my item and they are trying to send me back to the original store, they supposed to take return at any locations!!!

Even though it took a little bit for the manager to come assist me with my issues he has a great attitude and very helpful so now I give it a 3 star!

Deanitra. That was her name. Constantly glaring at customers and rolling her eyes as if she was above it all. She jokes and socializes with her coworkers even if the customer is in front of her, but is completely rude and distant with customers. I wish there were additional cashiers than just her in the morning. maybe it’s just my bad luck that I have encountered her this many times already.
[UPDATE: Manager from Walmart called me to further explain what happened. I guess that makes me feel I was heard, so I am thankful. I’m still going to be hesitant to shop here among the bitter 7am employees though.]

Big Walmart.
Terrible signal light set up to get into the parking lot. One main entry in and out.
I only come here if I really need something and I am in the area.

So I purchased a roll of KT tape online to be picked up at the store. I received the email that the order is all ready for pick up. I arrive at the
services register and the associate goes in the back to look for the order. She comes back and says that she cannot find it in the back and it may be up in the front and to give her 10-​minutes. The purpose of purchasing online and picking up at the store is to avoid the need to look for the item in the store myself. Now I’m standing here waiting for the associate to come back with my merchandise. I will never do an online pick-​up order at this store again. Now, the store itself is your typical Walmart, and trashing it down for the hot mess of online store pick up and hot mess displays. As they say, you get what you pay for, right?
So they couldn’t find the order and are now checking the floor for the item. Yes, go fetch that tape so I don’t have to look for it!
So I’m still waiting and no one has told me what’s going on and I’m running out of patience. If I receive an email that tells me it’s ready to be picked up, I shouldn’t be waiting here for this long for the damn 1 and only item I ordered online for a pick up! I probably would have found it in the floor myself and would have been long gone, that’s if they even have it in stock (which is what I am wondering at their point).
In the end, I still don’t have my merchandise. They said that whoever pulled the order pulled the last one in the store. Thank you Walmart for wasting 30-​minutes of waiting that I cannot get back. The worst customer service I have ever received.

I don’t think anyone should shop at Wal-​Mart, EVER. This place used to be decent maybe 7 – 8 years ago but now it is just garbage. Go to Target instead which is just a 5 minute drive away. Here is what happened…
I decided to come here since I was on a time crunch and needed to buy some ammo on Memorial Day. I headed straight to the sporting good section and found the ammo locked away in a cabinet. I headed to the front desk area and to my surprise there were no employees in sight! So I thought maybe there were somewhere in the aisles helping someone out but after walking around still no employees to be found! I ended up going to the desk for customer pick up and asked an employee to page someone to the sporting goods section. I walked back and waited and waited…30 minutes passed and still nobody, I then attempted to find someone again and ask for someone to come to the sporting goods department. The employee called someone on the phone and I waited again. It seemed like another half an hour passed and still nobody. This is really unprofessional, there should be extra staff working knowing that it is a holiday and someone should be at the sporting goods department at all times since it requires merchandise with a key behind the glass.
Frustrated, I grabbed a set of targets, ear muffs and safety glasses and headed for the line since I wasted enough time as it was already. To my dismay, there was a very long line during checkout with only one cashier! Why do you only have one cashier working on a busy holiday weekend when you know it’s probably going to be more packed than usual! I don’t understand why it is so understaffed. It took almost another half an hour to get to the front so by now I almost wasted an hour and a half which should have been only 30 min max. The employees don’t seem to care here and that is a shame because it just drags the entire store down. Even if they do offer lower prices than some other places, I’d rather go someone else to shop.

I have only been to this location twice, but every time I’ve been I have found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price. It’s sometimes hard to find an associate for help, but other then that this location is pretty good.

I give this walmart store the 5 stars because it pretty much has nearly everything i need. From home supplies to groceries, its got it. While I wait for my car to be done with its oil change, necessities is what i shopped for.
To the people that comment and review on how unorganized and how everything is outta place here, get over and yourself. Some people act like they are too good and behave like their farts smell like roses.
Customer service is there when you need it here.
