It was an impromptu purchase, but we drove off with a 2016 Tiguan S on a three year lease late last night. During this spontaneous decision, I had called every VW dealership within a 30 mile radius (we live in DTLA) looking for the best deal. Both Dennis and Shant (sales managers) were the most upfront and transparent about all of the hidden fees and terms. They beat every other dealership that I called, and were able to do this over the phone (whereas some would only tell me in person). I had to leave my current car at their lot last night to drive the new car home. They sent a porter to pick me up this afternoon and bring me back (20+ miles) to get my car. I thought that was quite generous. Jimmy (sales consultant) handled the paper work and was great to work with. And Anthony (sales consultant) was terrific as well. Could not be more pleased with this transaction, and I highly recommend that people check out this dealership. They will work with you, and are not pushy. Thank you.

If you are looking for a new or used Vw this is the place to look they have great deals all around. I had an older Jetta and came back for a 2013 Tiguan white with all the features I was looking for. 1. Build and configure the car that you want. (Don’t worry if the car that you configured is not in stock)
2. Send that build to Chris Kelly. (

3. If they don’t have the car in stock, he’ll get it from another dealer within two days (from my personal experience)
4. Talk about the price via email or text so you can keep watching and catch up on all your TV shows. :) (make appointment when you are ready)
5. Show up, sign, and drive away with your new VW! :)

Bought a ’15 Audi S4 from this dealership via the Internet. The transaction went very smoothly. We used Chris Kelly and I couldn’t say enough good things about him. Whenever we had a question or an issue he got us an answer right away. Buying a car sight unseen via the Internet is pretty scary however this one came delivered to our home in Chicago perfect just as it was described.

Thinking replace of my old Lexus, so I decide to come there. I was very pleased that Tory can help me get the best deal, after all I do not have a excellent credit score. Also thanks to Dan from the financial department to introduce the best package that suits me, and was able to the best price for it. Best dealership so far as I know. If anyone want buy or lease this is the best place.

I’m still suffering from the decision to buy a car at Puente Hills Volkswagen. Where to begin?
I went to buy a car from them because they are a Bank of America approved dealer, and I had pre-​approved financing through BoA. This should make the whole process a lot easier since the dealer only has to contact BoA to finalize sale. When I finally made it through the negotiation process, it was after business hours for BoA, so the dealer had to wait until the next day to finalize the sale.
Here’s where it gets shady. When I left the dealership (mind you, I did not take delivery of the car. I only signed the paperwork), the dealership attempted first to finance my car through VW financing and then through BoA on their own (not using my pre-​approval letter). Both requests were denied, and this left a mark on my credit. Without my approval, they attempted to finance me through VW at a MUCH higher interest rate. I can’t imagine what would have happened if I showed up the next day to take delivery of my car only to find out that my monthly payments were nearly doubled because they financed me through VW instead of using the BoA pre-​approval!
I had a number of stipulations before I would take delivery of the car. Fix the alignment, fix the shimmy in the wheel, etc. They never fixed the alignment, and it’s now cost me a set of back tires. They also just shrugged their shoulders about the wheel shimmy. When I took it to an independent mechanic, he told me that there were not hub-​centric rings on the hubs (the VW has aftermarket wheels). When I confronted Puente Hills VW about now using hub-​centric rings, they said they weren’t important. Well let me just tell you, the ARE! I bought a set for $ 20 and put them on myself. Shimmy gone.
Bottom line is that Puente Hills VW does not seem to care about their customers. They’ll do whatever they have to do to sell the car, even if it means blowing smoke up your hind parts.

Dan in the financial department was most helpful to us! Also Chris and Edgar were great sales guys! They all made it easy and painless for us and we walked out with a great experience buying our new car! Thank you to all the guys at Puente Hills Volkswagen! We love our new car!!!

I want to give this sales team a BIG shout out! I came to VW after my husband totaled his car. We came in expecting that we were not going to be able to get much car because the interest rates might be too high to afford the kind of car I am accustomed to driving since I am just a student right now. I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was to when Tory advised me that my payment were way lower than expected and I could actually get the car I wanted. From beginning to end, I had outstanding customer service from our sales person, Cristian, Tory and Shant. These guys are first class. Shant and Tory ensured I knew how to work EVERYTHING in my new Jetta and Cristian took me in his personal car to get lunch while I waited to get my car detailed. These guys got me hooked on VW again! Thank you for a great buying experience. You are awesome! I will be back and refer my friends.

I bought my new Tiguan this past week. Chris Kelly was helping me with an internet request in between my busy schedule and meetings. He was able to locate the car I was looking for at the price I wanted since the color and make is hard to find. I went into the dealership that evening and in under 2 hours, I was out the door with my new car! It was a very pleasant experience and Chris was very knowledgeable about the car. I highly recommend this dealership and Chris if you are looking for someone to help you find the car you want. I couldn’t be more happier!

Returned my lease here. Did not make an appointment, just came in.
Love the service at Volkswagen, They were really friendly and helpful. Got everything done within 20 minutes. They have coffee and water for you while you wait.
In case you are thinking of leasing, they charge a Turn In Lease Fee of $ 350. They did not mention this when you sign the papers.

I was very apprehensive before going to the dealership to get my first car, thanks to all the horror stories I’ve heard from people (and in the movies!) about skeezy car salesmen that try to gouge you for the most money and worst car possible!
Luckily, on a whim I decided to forgo the convenience of going to the closest VW dealership and instead went way far to Puente Hills. It was the best inconvenient decision I ever made!
I had armed myself prior to going with everything I could possibly know about the car I wanted and how to make sure I wouldn’t get swindled. When I walked in, Anthony Santos greeted me, and throughout the duration of our 4 hour negotiations process, he never once pretended to know something he didn’t (cause I would know from my research), nor did he try to pressure me into anything I didn’t want or need. It was rather pleasant banter and didn’t feel like I was buying a car at all. At the end of it, I came out with a lovely car and a lovely deal. He even went out of his way to make sure it was detailed properly before I officially took it home!
Overall, I’m very happy with the entire process – this dealership rocks! Thanks Anthony! Best «sales consultant» ever!

Took my car in the other day for service and I had to admit I had the best service.
I was greeted and felt welcome, I was extremely happy with the service provided to my car and at a timely matter. I recommend this mechanic shop and I trust them with my car.

I’m writing this review from the backseat of the girlfriend’s new Tiguan while Moe G. Is guiding her through everything and anything she needs to know. Came here from about 45 minutes away after dealing with Moe from Galpin VW and he is still just as good if not better. Let me elaborate.
We wanted a pepper grey Tiguan and NO ONE had one… NO ONE! Anyway, I told this to Moe and after about 2 – 3 weeks of calling and texting each other with updates, he found one and got it transferred from van nuys VW which is about 2 blocks from where I live. But it’s Moe! Worth the drive.
Another example of how he goes above and beyond. its 9:40pm and everyone that works here has gone home (they close at 8). They literally locked the doors behind us and yet Moe has been sitting here guiding her through everything for the last half hour.
Side note, we did a trade in and we’re definitely satisfied with the outcome even though it was a little over what we wanted but it was an older bimmer… what do you expect. :(
Come by this dealership, ask for Moe and thank me later.

Bringing my car here for service was great. I dropped off the car and was immediately given a ride home. A few hours later, the car was ready as promised. As soon as I walked in, the person in service accompanied me to the cashier and ticked through all the results of the service. Everything was A-​OK. Within a few minutes, I was driving off in my freshly washed, fully serviced car.
Couldn’t ask for anything more.
