I was just in this store and I saw a shirt I wanted but wasn’t sure if I wanted it. I get to the car and change my mind. I neglected to look at the price, my mistake. I called to ask the store to ask what the price was since it was on clearance. I instantly get told by someone incompetent named Mary Lou who sounded like your stereotypical clueless valley girl who couldn’t tell you who the president of the United States is, let alone what items they have in stock. It seems she couldn’t be bothered with getting up off her entitled ass to move from the stock room to look. She then directed to her so called play school store manager Alisha who was equally incompetent as she was inane. I told her that I had literally held it in my hand and it was on a rack in front of the register. She said she had no clue and I was put on hold. Two mins later I proceed to just say forget it and just walk in as it was much quicker. My original mistake was thinking these so called employees were intelligent and competent enough to look. So as I proceed to walk in I am not greeted with a «how can I help you?» But by a empty stare that you would see a cow give a oncoming train. As I make my way through the store to the rack in question not only is there the shirt on the rack but surprise surprise there was three of them. As I proceed to look at the shirt still nothing from the so called store manager who appeared to be more worried about her spray on tan and ironic plastic dollar store floral crown then to even acknowledge me or my fiancé who were in the store. It was at that point I realized this was all a waste of time and did not want to even bother giving this location any of my money. The one male employee who was there was actually quite pleasant and seemed like he actually wanted to work. I sadly did not catch his name from the visit 10 mins prior. I would like to see this location close and one open up in a location that would have employees with better attitudes and actually want to be functioning members of society but if this closed I am pretty sure these two employees Mary-Lou and Alisha would be a drain on society and mooch off unemployment. It’s horrible to know that almost anyone could be promoted to store management in the mall locations. I will not return to this location again. I’ve been wearing vans since I was a kid and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store.

Bad Vans Employees. Pushed me to buy SIX different things while in the store, just came to buy shoes. VERY obnoxious! One of the employees names was Isaac. Kept urging me to walk around in the shoes I was putting on. Calm your nerves dude. Won’t come back to this Vans with these employees working again.
