I have called every other day to schedule an eye last appointment for my vacation in June for about three weeks. Every time I was told by Irena that there June schedule wasn’t out yet to call back. Today I call back and they tell me nothing until July. Just horrible

Amy did my lashes two weeks ago. I love them! As others have mentioned… beware, it’s an expensive and addicting habit.

I had purchased lashes through a Groupon deal. I get to my appointment a few minutes early, check in and wait. 10 minutes go by and nothing happens; 15 minutes go by and no one comes to get me. After 20 minutes I asked how much longer I had to wait (I was on an early lunch break) and was told by an aestheteian that she doesn’t work the front desk. I think the receptionist was in the break room. 30 minutes go by and the receptionist is there and tells me she’s running behind with her last appointment (yeah…no kidding). 40 minutes later I’m finally seen. if you knew you were going to be that late at least have the decency to call me and let me know. I do not recommend this place — the staff was rude when I was unhappy about waiting.

Hannah is the best! I have been doing my eyelashes for 2 years! Shes great, profesional and always has an appointment for me. Also her prices are just right!

Emma has been doing my lashes for almost 2 years. She is absolutely wonderful. Before finding Emma through a Groupon I had been shopping for somebody as wonderful as my last favorite person who did my lashes (she moved) I have been getting eyelash extensions for over 5 years, so I consider myself an expert eyelash extension receiver. lol My lashes always look awesome. I get tons of compliments on them. Emma is not only great at lashes she does amazing facials as well. As if those aren’t reasons enough to love her, she is also a great person. I enjoy our conversations every times I visit her.

Well my experience with Emma is certainly different from some of the others! She has done a fantastic job for me. I just posted a picture of the beautiful Mink lashes that she just did. My lashes can last up to 3 weeks with proper care. You can’t get them wet if you want them to last. As for the glue we have tried a few different ones and the most recent is great and doesn’t even have an odor! She is so good at putting them in that I usually fall sound asleep on the warm comfy bed while she works away. I highly recommend Emma, been going to her for about 6 months now. I always schedule several appointments at one time and she is always on time which is important to me. I started with a Groupon while is a fantastic deal!

I had lash extensions done here thru Groupon. I’ve had them before elsewhere and loved them. Since it is recommended you take breaks and let them grow out from time, I had «bare» lashes when I went here. Emma did them; delightful girl but unfortunately I will not return. I had a set done by Emma and went back for two fills. I only returned because it was the holidays and wanted them. The glue is dreadful. I was handed a fan to dry the glue since my eyes were burning so badly (it’s my EYES). Really? The lashes are not growing out well at all. There is so much glue that they won’t fall off (can’t pull them off… I’ll pull out my own lashes). They are stuck together and look horrible, going a bunch of different directions. In the past my technician has used a vegetable based glue… dries quickly with no burning and within about 6 weeks they are gone. Rest… get a new set. I am going back to my other person. A little more money but worth it. Maybe the other techs here use different glue. I don’t get mink since I’ve been told they are not as easily or thoroughly sanitized. «Faux» mink is fine with me.

Got a full set of eyelash extensions by Emma… THE WORST JOB EVER! I’m still shocked at how horrible they are. There’s missing gaps in my eyelashes so I have to glue on some individuals I bought at Ulta to make them look normal, and worst part is that she put them on so messy that on one of the eyes the lashes hang so low that I can see them hanging there and it messes with my vision! Like wtf, there’s like blurry spots everywhere I look cuz I can see the freaken lashes! I had to pull out like 4 lashes that were really bugging me because they’re like hanging so low, and that’s not all there’s still about 5 lashes hanging low that I’m afraid to pull out because my natural lashes came out with the other ones. Also because the lashes are hanging so low every time I blink they get stuck to my lower lashes. When she was doing them she poked my eye which made them all watery and the tape thing didn’t wanna stick and she was getting all pissed. After she finished she did not explain anything about taking care of them or what I should or should not do. I just want to get them off ASAP! Need to figure out how to take this shit off my eyes without pulling them out and being left with no lashes at all. Worst experience of my life, these are suppose to make life easier cuz you don’t have to put mascara on, but in my case it made life a lot more difficult and annoying. Anyways don’t go to her!!!

My appointment was with Amy for eyelash extensions. I had purchased a groupon for my first ever eyelash extensions (mink). I called the salon to schedule and I was very happy with the entire process. The extensions were done in a private room. I got to lay down on a comfortable platform with a heated blanket underneath and new age music playing in the background. From there I just closed my eyes and relaxed. About an hour later my eyelashes looked amazing! There wasn’t any discomfort.
I got a refill about 3 – 4 weeks afterward for $ 70. The eyelashes looked great, however it is an expensive process when you consider that they need to be refilled monthly. I still had to apply mascara to my lowers because my eyes didn’t look balanced with just the extensions. I would do it again most definitely and definitely using the mink lashes.

Just had an amazing Swedish massage from Megan! She used the perfect amount of pressure and was so nice. Everyone made me feel comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!

I contacted this salon twice to request an appointment and, almost 2 weeks since my first message to them asking for their availability for eyelash extensions, they have never responded. It seems very unprofessional to never even message your prospective clients back, who took the time to research your facility and request to use your services. Too bad I never got to be seen here. I messaged another business and promptly got a response. Won’t ever choose this salon.

Hanna has been doing my lashes for almost 2 years! She is amazing. I dread the day she moves!

Over a year since I’ve reviewed this place and I have not heard anything. No consolation for the mistreatment of my hair, no apology– nothing. Horrified at how dead my hair still is after a YEAR of trying to salvage it.

I have been going to this salon for a numbers of years now and Natalie is the best!!! I always leave the salon absolutely loving my hair. My daughter loves to get her hair done by Ms. Natalie too :). She is great with kids!!! The color jobs she has done on my hair have been phenomenal!!! The receptionist could be a little nicer that’s for sure. I have also had a couple great pedicures there and a fantastic hot stone massage. Totally worth the drive from Natomas!!!

First time here and first time for eyelash extensions. Hannah did a wonderful job. I had my appointment at 8:30 am and boy was that early. She was nice enough to cover me in blankets and turn on the bed warmer so I can go back to sleep.
As for my eyelash extensions, I was a bit nervous at first. But I could barely feel a thing when she was gluing them on.
Thanks Hannah !! I will be coming back to fill it in.
And this salon is so big and nice I live in Elk Grove and it was definitely worth the drive.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stylist, NATALIE!
After leaving Sacramento to move to San Francisco, I made the 2 hour drive every 6 weeks just to see her. (shh, don’t tell my mom!) And guess what, now I live in Sydney and STILL go to see her every time I come back to visit as I have yet to find anyone who does my hair as well as her.
I am extremely picky about my hair. It’s curly. It’s frizzy. It’s dark mousy brown and yet some how Natalie works her magic and turns it into beautiful, silky, golden BLONDE tresses.
Not only is she skilled with color and scissors, she’s also done extensions for me and
.god I still dream about how long, flowy, and lush my locks were for 5 months. And at such an incredible price.
Also, she is kind, funny, wonderful to talk to, and really wants you to walk out of the salon LOVING your hair. I have sent so many friends and family to her and recommend her to anyone.

After living in the Davis/​Sacramento area for 17 years, I’ve finally found a hair stylist worth raving about. Natalie is THE BEST EVER!
I’ve been to countless stylists and bougie salons in the area, every single one of them was a disappointment if not down right disastrous. I do not have «difficult» hair or ask for a complicated cut or style. My hair is healthy, long, straight, thin and fine without fancy layering, coloring or styling. Excited to celebrate five years with my boyfriend and possibly end the night engaged, I walked into Sanctuary for a lash appointment with Hannah (which by the way, Hannah did an outstanding job on my lashes… I received compliments from everyone, including random people on the street). Because it was such an important night, I decided to get my hair cut, colored and styled as well. I was paired with Natalie, who fortuitously had a last minute cancellation and the rest is history. Natalie is super sweet and personable with years of experience, talented and is current on the latest trends. Natalie and Hannah’s magic worked… I got the ring (woop woop)!!

I came in not knowing what I wanted, and she helped me decide what length to start off.
Very professional, knowledgeable, outgoing hairstylist.

I have come here to Natalie B many times, but unfortunately, I will never come again. The reason is NOT Natalie, it is the receptionist, IRENE. She is the most incompetent, uneducated, lying worker ever. I called Monday at 9:33 am, leaving a voicemail to find out if my appointment was that afternoon or the next day (Tuesday). I left a voicemail with my number and never got a call back. Today is now Wednesday and I just called back to try and get ahold of someone. Irene answered. I asked her why nobody returned my call Monday or Tuesday. She said she did call and left a voicemail. I told her that was a lie, because I had my phone the entire time and still had no message. She then changed her story saying she called a different number that was on my profile. I asked her why she lied and said something different in the first place. When I finally asked her what number she had called, it happened to be my moms phone number because we both go to the same salon!!! I asked, «WHY WOULD YOU CALL A DIFFERENT NUMBER AND NOT THE NUMBER I LEFT ON THE VOICEMAIL?» She kept saying that’s not what was on the page when I made my appointment originally. No shit, that is why I called and left a voicemail with MY number. If she would have done her job and listened to the voicemail, she would have known the CORRECT number and I wouldn’t have looked like an ASSHOLE MISSING MY APPOINTMENT.
GET RID OF IRENE. SHE IS A LIAR AND CANT EVEN DO A SIMPLE RECEPTIONIST JOB.

I came in to get lash extensions for the first time. The place was well kept and employees very friendly. The lady who did my lashes, Hannah, took her time and my lashes looked great. But while she was doing them it felt like half she was pulling them out. Ive never had such pain in my lashes, but since it was my first time, I didnt say anything because I thought it was supposed to hurt.
Afterwards they looked really good, I was terrified to get a fill and go through the pain again. After asking around and doing more research I realized its supposed to be completely pain free, as it was everytime I went to a Different salon.
She did a beautiful job, but I have to give 2 stars because my eyelids hurt really bad during procedure and a few days afterwards.
