The Oaks at Arcade Creek

The Oaks is a wonderful place to live! Really, I have more than enjoyed my time here. I have lived here for a couple years and have no complaints. The manager Kristin, is absolutely wonderful to work with. Whenever I need anything she does what she needs to do to get it done. I feel bad reading the negative review on here pointing her out– but I guess you can’t make everyone happy. Unfortunately, living in Citrus Heights there is the occasional transient who rummages through the garbage, BUT whenever management is on site they approach them and escort them off of the property. I personally have never heard car alarms going off (my apt isn’t facing the parking lot however) but I think that probably would happen anywhere you live, especially facing the parking lot. I have a beautiful apartment that luckily hasn’t faced any problems such as AC, Heat or water. My neighbors are wonderful and they all seem to be happy living here as they have been here for a few years as well. The pool is beautiful and is monitored ²⁴⁄₇. I love that we have such a nice area to spend warmer days at. Overall, the Oaks has been wonderful! It’s close to the freeway and is a very quiet, quaint place to live. I appreciate all the management, maintenance and the property ownsers do to take care of their tenants.
