Reicherts Funeral – Cremation Services

My brother passed away last year. He had prepaid for cremation. When I tried to use the service I found the original company had gone out of business. That company had placed their prepaid packages with another company, Reicherts, but a third company had hijacked the phone number so my call was misdirected to them. By the time I’d figured out that sneaky move, they’d picked my brother up and had taken him to their facility. I was quite distressed when I finally reached Brian Tutro at Reicherts. He calmed me, got all the information and made things right. He was absolutely heaven sent. It was a low cost service but you’d think it was the best, most expensive. He was unfailingly kind and compassionate and missed not one detail. Unfortunately, I’ve had a lot of experience in making funeral arrangements the past few years and Brian was hands down the best, finest professional I’ve ever dealt with, at the worst time. I can’t say enough good things about him.

We have received the most kind and helpful assistance from Marc Reichert. I highly recommend Reichert’s for any of your deceased loved ones. Every detail is handled in such a thoughtful and dignified manner. Marc was a blessing to our family at a very difficult time.
