Panda Express

This is by far the worst Panda I have ever been to. Every time I come here in the evening they are out of the majority of their food, well before closing. They say that they will make what you want to order, but last time we agreed to this, while we were waiting on one item, they sold out of the other one we ordered and we had to wait again for that one.
If I wanted to wait for my food to be cooked I would have either gone to a real Chinese restaurant or called in a pick up order at one. The whole reason we settle for the mediocre «Chinese» food is for the convenience of it being ready.
The staff there don’t care and even said that they are not allowed to cook food after a certain time unless it is ordered. So if you want fast Chinese food in the evening, absolutely do not go to this Panda «Express». There is nothing express about it unless you’re willing to settle for whatever leftovers they have sitting around.

My brother went in and waited 5 minutes for them to make brand new orange chicken. I live up the street and by the time he got back to me it was hard, over cooked, and not juicy like it usually is

Employees did not care I was there, too busy doing paper work. They serviced the person in line behind me before they serviced my order.

By far the absolute worst Panda Express that I have ever been to. I tried giving this place several different times to make up for my past experiences visiting this location. Every single time I go there they mess up my order and several people behind me are out of the store before I am. Customer service is atrocious here! Never visit location, other than that panda is ok

Filthy!!! Just tried to go here for lunch and walked out. There were only a couple customers there, and many employees behind the counter, but the floor was COVERED in food, there was not a single clean table, the trash cans were overflowing onto the floor (puddles of soda coming out the bottom with a «wet floor» sign), the case had sauce all over the glass and serving area! I have never seen such an unsanitary mess! Yuck!!!

Food was good. It satisfied a post-​work craving for Asian food that I could grab on the go for cheap. I ordered the 3 plate option and with a drink it came to $ 12.49, which wasn’t bad since it fed two. My only complaint was that the Beijing beef tasted fairly burnt.

Food here is always delicious! My boyfriend and I come eat here a lot. We always get chow mein, Beijing beef, Honey Walnut shrimp, angus steak, and Kung Pao chicken. Thanks Panda Express

This is the best panda location I’ve been to in the Sacramento area!
The food was hot, fresh tasting, and plentiful. okay customer service, I understand panda express isn’t anyones dream job but smiling does go a long way.

I do like this location staff has always been friendly, it does get busy and slow at times but they are usually pretty fast. I haven’t had any issues with the food, it has always been tasty. They are very reasonably priced and you get a good amount of food for pretty cheap.

This location is good. It’s fast food Chinese but the food is fresh. The staff is fast and friendly. This location always seems nice and clean.

Starting to go downhill.
Used to be really good food. The place used to be kept clean. Food servings are smaller now. It used to be really crowded, with the line snaking through the building, not anymore. I can see why I walked right up and ordered… no line. Beverage area looked like it hadn’t been cleaned up for hours! Plenty of empty tables… no excuse for condition.

Sorry I love panda. Love the orange chicken. I see some bad reviews totally dont understand them. I come to this location probably 1 time a month never had any problems they are always friendly its always quick and if anything looks like its not up to par they make it fresh.

I’m a fan of Panda, but not this one. Dirty, slow line, small portions, half the employees are grumpy, small location with a poor layout.

Second panda express in two days. Did not want to write a review of the first one because I thought it was a bad experience. Now I am sure its corporate policy to have bland ingredients paired with underwhelming portions at high prices. My sons kid meal was more than my buffet lunch at a competitors restaurant.
I have to recommend NOT going to PA as local Chinese restaurant have better portions at a lower rate.

The food is the same as any other Panda Express. It’s ok if you want food quickly and nothing else is as convenient at the time. Anyway, I went to this location tonight after looking up their hours to make sure I had time. They do indeed close at 10:30, but they stop cooking food at 9 or 9:30 (I’m not sure which, I arrive at about 9:40) so if you want anything in the last hour of their being open that is empty they aren’t going to cook it for you.
Luckily they had most of what I wanted, sans chow mein, but I’ll definitely be sure to not go after 9 from now on. I don’t know if all locations do this, but it makes going in the last hour basically pointless. They ought to show how late they’ll cook something on their hours in addition to how late the doors will be open.

I love panda express! I think they should just remodel the seating area and make it a little bit bigger because every time I come here the line weaves through the seating area and makes it very cramped but great staff all around

I will never go to this one again horrible service overcharging for the same thing i get all the time and the manager wendy argues with me telling me the price is the same and the small portion are lame lets count every shrimp and leave one left in the bowl dont worst panda ive been 2

Always a fast moving line at this location and consistently good fast food style chinese.
If it weren’t for the late hours and my teenage niece’s insistence on getting orange chicken every time she stays over I probably would never come here, but every time I do it’s a good experience. One of the only quick eats open late in the area that doesnt involve a drive thru.
