They accommodated 40+ soldiers and families and provided outstanding service and food. The manager on shift came in to check on us and the servers were on point, we couldnt be happier with our experience. We will definetely return!

They ran out of tri tip and offered me another steak to replace it. When I accepted they also charged me 3 $ more which was brought to my attention at the bill; that was pretty irritating. The food itself was good and service was decent.

One of my more frequented restaurants that I absolutely love. I love the customer service here and the food is always satisfying. The peanuts are a fantastic touch that make this place great for all around snacking or occasionally tossing into your friends and families drinks. The only thing that holds this place back on 5 stars is the steak, I personally don’t like getting steaks at a restaurant and this place is no exception, while it is cooked to order it is just missing any kind of marinade to make it better as well as a great seasoning. Overall though the customer service is always great and every server feels friendly and will get your order exactly right. Also the rolls are to die for, get as many as you can.

I like my ribs with the sauce on the side. What my wife and I got was charcoaled ribs — I mean literally burnt so badly they had turned into charcoal. Granted we got there for a late lunch so they weren’t busy. After 15 minutes they asked how our untouched lunch? I asked if we could have sauce on the side as ordered and some not carcinogenic ribs. Folks are repeatedly told if you barbecue NEVER cook them until it’s burnt. It really does cause cancer. Would I recommend this place? Not if this is how they usually cook ribs. Would I return NO

I took my wife and grandson to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The waitress was a pleasure. The only issue we had was that we received our check without the table at least being cleared of empty plates. We were not asked about having dessert even though we were full. They got my grandson’s order wrong. We had to wait awhile for them to bring it out. We had to remind the waitress that we are waiting for the correct order. It took forever for the check to be picked up once the credit card was put on the table. I have to admit that they appeared short handed. They were running around with their heads cut off. Otherwise, the food was good.

Only reason I give them 3 stars is due to the free sweet bread with butter, peanuts, excellent drinks and wonderful customer service. As for the food… they have awesome Chicken wings and Cobb salad with steak but as for my entrée, I had the 20 oz. Ribeye steak with 2 sides(mashed potatoes with gravy/mac and cheese). The potatoes tasted stale and the gravy was clearly from a bottle and the mac and cheese left a lot to be desired as well. As for my steak which was ordered medium well came medium rare and no taste whatsoever. Next time I’ll go with the Cobb salad and wings instead.

Food is not really worth it. They forgot some of our side orders too.

Wow. Sucks. Expected the quality of other Logan’s completely lacking here. I ordered steak, shrimp, zucchini and mushrooms everything was undercooked. Yuck wouldn’t go back ever.

Anybody who has worked in customer service knows that a patron with a good experience may tell a friend or two. However, dissatisfied clients will tell everybody they know. I like to keep that in mind when I look something up on here. I stumbled across Logan’s by chance when some plans fell apart the other night. I’ve always had friends live in the area and have visited frequently since I was child. I hadn’t heard about this place though. The hostess smiled and acknowledged me when I entered. I told her it was only myself so I was going to take a seat at the bar. The place was busy enough with a few empty booths and bar stools. After taking a seat, I started watching the basketball dunking program as the bartender took care of the groups before me. One of the waiters was walking by only a couple minutes later and asked if I had received any help yet. Very pleasant surprise for another employee to offer assistance on behalf of their coworker. So I asked if I could see a drink menu when he had a chance. He kindly brought one to me right away and didn’t seem to fall out of step with helping the customers in his seating area. The bartender greeted me shortly thereafter and took my order for the Patron margarita. As he began mixing, he asked if I’d like salt on the rocks. I actually like blended a little more but hadn’t thought to ask so I was really happy he checked with me. Granted, I would have still drank it, after all, it would have been my fault for not specifically asking for blended since some places don’t have a blender. It was just nice, him making sure I received what I was hoping for. He brought my drink over and asked if I’d like to order any food. Wasn’t quite hungry yet so I asked him if I could look at a menu to think it over. Margarita was really good, some places can be stingy with the alcohol but that wasn’t the case, nor was it overpowering. I wasn’t aware of their rolls(or how freaking yuuuummy they are) but the bartender surprised me with my own basket for nibbles since I had decided to hold off on ordering for a while. Everyone was super friendly, which seems to match what others have said. And I mean everybody. I talked to almost every employee at some point, which is funny because I didn’t really want to socialize. I went to enjoy dinner with myself. As far as food goes, I was shocked to see these negative reviews. I ordered the chicken strips with french fries and coleslaw. I had drank half of the margarita so I couldn’t finish it all, but I was really looking forward to the leftovers later(and they hit the spot!) I had fun, I think this place is worth checking out. It’s on my to do when I visit again list. I was glad I popped in.

My wife and I ate here and it was good. The service was as expected and the food was good. My medium burger was cooked on the well side but not a big deal. While we were there we witnessed a table of extremely rude customers complain about everything. They kept interrupting the waiter taking their order so a couple orders for messed up because they kept changing their minds. The drinks weren’t strong enough for their tastes. They caused a huge scene and wanted their meals for free. They were a great example for their kids. These people weren’t trashy either. They had money, just not classy. I wish i knew what they did for work so i could make their life miserable. The manager handled the situation very well and applaud her for her actions. Good job.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I placed a to go order. The host was great, Connected me to the server who sounded extremely bothered. Took my order, never asked my name or my phone number. Said 10 minutes and hung up. I get there the host gets the server who come out with a bag and the bill fold. Says here’s your food. I hand him my credit card and he walks away. Comes back with the bill hands me the receipt and walks away again. If my older brother wasn’t a server when I was growing up this jackass would not have gotten a tip. This was last week. I left a complaint on their website and haven’t heard anything back. Obviously customer service isn’t a concern of theirs. Do yourself a favor and go to somewhere else. The Logans in Natomas is great.

Not great, but not horrible either. The place was pretty dead when my boyfriend and I wandered in tonight on a Thursday evening. We were seated right away and all of the employees were friendly, but the product itself doesn’t match the service. I got a cocktail, and it was okay. Good, but nothing to scream about. The bread they serve before you get your food is AMAZING! The bucket of peanuts on the table is weird though, and a huge mess. I was kind of baffled at the fact that there were empty shells literally all over the floors and under tables. I ordered some sort of spicy chicken sandwich, which was plenty filling and pretty darn good! I also got sweet potato fries that had cinnamon on them, also weird. I personally hate cinnamon and had to drown my fries in ketchup. Had they mentioned on the menu that the fries come with cinnamon, I would’ve ordered them without or not at all. My boyfriend got some sort of steak and it was pretty bland, we could’ve cooked the same steak at home, wasn’t worth the $ 24.99. The décor/feel of this place is also just weird, maybe because it’s not my taste. I felt like I was at a Lucille’s, without the quality. Country radio playing throughout the whole building, staff in jeans and plaid flannel shirts, kind of rustic décor… just a really hokey«country» theme. And you can tell that’s the kind of patrons they sometimes bring in. The table behind us was a loud, and quite frankly, white trash couple with two boys in their younger teens, who started having a sex talk in the middle of dinner… With a table of a family with three young children just down the way from them! Inappropriate, no class at all. Not bad for BBQ on a budget, but the likelihood of me returning is very low.

Shortly after the grand opening I ordered some ribs and I waited about 50 mins to get my plate. Once it came out the ribs were burnt. I waited another 20 mints for a manager and he said they looked like they had a perfect glaze on them. They were clearly burnt. The best thing about this place is the free bread and peanuts in my opinion. If you’re planning on eating here on a weekend, expect to wait over an hour.

The first time I was here I ordered ribeye steak medium rare, it came out well done and no flavor at all! My friend had French dip with no flavor from the juice that came with it!!! My daughter had the shrimp trio that were too dried to eat! Plus her side dishes were French Fried and sweet potatoes Fried were extremely bad!!! A week later we gave another try I order T-bone, it still came with no flavor!!! My son had Logan’s famous baby back ribs that was so dried and burned!!! Did’t think their famous ribs can be so horrible !!! The only dish were ok to eat were Santa Fe Tilapia & Smoky Mountain chicken sandwich Both times were not a good service!!! Our waitress didn’t do her job well especially we were the first people there and not more than three tables to waited on! She didn’t even packed our left over!!!

Was considering this place but after reading a lot of the reviews I think I’ll have to pass. It also doesn’t help if these reviews are all followed up with a statement from the manager asking to give them another chance. Surprising you even get a first chance if your reviews are all so stellar.

I know better than to eat at any Logans Roadhouse, but was brought here with a few friends. I tried to get us to to to Texas Roadhouse down the street(that’s always delicious) but we ended up here. This location is like any other Logans. Bland, tasteless food, small portions, and low quality food at expensive prices. Server was attentive but not friendly. Everything about the experience was below average. It interesting that whatever location I go to of this chain they are all the same. Id say best avoided at all times.

Summary: lackluster food and service. Peanuts were stale, rolls were not fresh, mozzarella sticks were frozen and undercooked, and steaks lacked flavor. Waitress had very little traffic to service but could not find time to keep our drinks filled. The food was mediocre and tasted reheated with little flavor. You go into a roadhouse expecting great flavors and a fun environment. We encountered neither. I can’t recommend this location at all based on our dining experience.

I’m giving Logan’s one star for their rolls which have never let me down. However as far as all the other food is concerned: epic fail! The buttermilk chicken was so overlooked you could have broke your tooth on it. The mushrooms came out cold. The second batch of mushrooms were burnt. The Nashville Spicy Chicken Sandwich had a odd flavor. The sweet potato fries had cinnamon and sugar(not my favorite) but our fountain drinks were delicious. All in all not with $ 40. The service was actually amazing but the food sucked so bad that I can only manage one star. I will never be back until they fix their menu and flavor profiles.
