Service is HORRIBLE! Should’ve seen it as a red flag when it was dead during lunch rush. Don’t even bother. Just keep driving…

While I see many people writing negative reviews I have NEVER had a bad experience here! While it eas getting food in the morning, before work, or late night after work! All the employees always are kind and are always polite double checking and making sure everything is correct. They have even made a habit to remember me,(I come here often). But the point is everyone here always do their best to make this establishment amazing and I appreciate them!

Why all the hate? I always find that the employees here go above and beyond to make us feel like customers. This is usually unheard of in a fast food place. They have a fast drive through as well. We all know it’s ghetto, so shut up, LOL!

My boyfriend and I decided to take a late night food run. Our experience was terrible! I cannot believe how rude the drive thru employee«Laqresha» was!!! I ordered my food and I had to constantly repeat myself because she couldn’t hear me(due to the heavy rain I’m sure), which usually isn’t an issue if the employee is respectful, but the attitude started at the gate! I ordered most of my order, but due to the miscommunication we were having I decided I was going to add to it when I drove to the window. When I got to the window, I told her how I wanted to add too my order. Got a swift *Eye roll* from her… «I already swiped your card…» I just looked at her because I did’t see how this is an issue, as she can charge us for the rest and swipe again. As she handed me my card she asked if I wanted any sauces and I told her ranch. When she returned with our order, I checked to see if we had everything and I noticed we were missing our ranch. So I sat there and she saw me waiting, but didn’t open the window for a while. When she finally opened I told her how we didn’t receive our sauces. Another *eye roll* and a slammed window. When she returned she handed me the ranch and states«When I AXE you what you want, speak louder…» WTF?!? Are you serious?!? I was stunned. I think it’s safe to say, we won’t be visiting this location again.

You know your food life is doing pretty badly if Jack in the Box is the only thing you have gone out to eat over the past couple weeks. SUPERSAD! Was on my way home from Roseville and the fam was hungry so they wanted to stop here. I am not a huge fan, but I am a huge fan of keeping the fam happy… SOOOOOO we stopped here. Food was fine. I got my staple, Chicken Fajita Pita. Fam got some assorted deep fried food and seemed happy about this. This place is funny because they have to beap you in to enter the bathroom. So you ask to use the potty, they push a button and then you can go in. Never seen that before but gave me a good chuckle.

This is the second time that we’ve been to this place. First time was ok about 3 stars. Second time around, not ok at all. We ordered a sourdough swiss melt, a sirloin burger sandwich, two breakfast croissants and two shakes. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands for not even 2 minutes, when I got out of the bathroom food was already on the table. I was pretty impressed because that was pretty fast but I kinda figure these guys just reheated these sandwiches for they do not look like the freshly made sandwiches pictured on the menu… they were soggy. The taste was ok but that night I had diarrhea. One of the reasons why I hate eating out, you have no control on how and who handles your food. I guessed we won’t be going to this place again. In n Out sometimes takes a while but its sandwiches are always freshly made. I hope Jack improve their food handling… at least on this location

Stopped in during lunch hour on Friday and the good thing was that it was neat, clean and not crowded yet. Bad thing was that I had to struggle to understand the girl behind the register who barely spoke english as she waited on the guy ahead of me for almost ten minutes. The Broadway/Stockton location has its game on better.

(12:30 am, hungry and only place open for miles around) Me: 2 tacos and what do you think about the chicken pita? Guy at druvethru: Idont eat here! Me: nothing? guy: no, nothing! So i went against my instinct and ate some jack inthebox. Never again, jack punished me for late night eats.
