Just a heads up they are now closed actually evicted by the shopping center for not paying rent! Big surprise! I had cancelled becasue i now tan at the new planet Fitness a few stores down and they charged me for 2 extra months after I cancelled. After speaking with the owner and getting nowhere I contacted Wells Fargo which refunded me my money promptly and cancelled the monthly charges. I just wonder how many other peple they continued to charge after they cancelled. Baaad business and I’m glad they got shut down!

Broke out in hives both times I went! The girls refunded my money, but I had to go in and talk to them and threaten to dispute the charges on my card since they never returned my phone calls. Good prices, and I give it to them that I do have sensitive skin, but I didn’t break out at other places so I have to assume that their beds aren’t clean.

Just wanted to put an update… The bank refunded my money without question. My letter stated, customer provided sufficient reasoning for refund (unable to utilize paid services during posted business hours). Now wouldn’t it have been easier to just work with me instead of refusing to acknowledge the problem? Maybe now they will take a closer look at their business (and their employees!!!).
