Bob and Awesome Pool Services really are the best. Bob is extremely responsive to service requests and questions. He responds almost immediately. I called on Awesome Pool Services to help me with a pool that was a disaster. We needed to list a house to be sold immediately, but first we needed a clean pool for taking pictures and showing the house to potential buyers. Bob quickly made room in his busy schedule to assess the situation, clearly outlined all that needed to be done, and provided a very competitive bid. For all future pool needs, Bob and Awesome Pool Services are my provider of choice.

Our decades old equipment broke in the middle of summer and I was blown away by how many companies just simply didn’t want the business to repair it. Apparently they can make a lot more by just doing weekly services for those who don’t want to do it themselves.
At first, Bob said that he was a little too busy to handle it himself, but that he knew of other guy who would. Well, wouldn’t you know, that guy didn’t want the job either. So, Bob agreed, on short notice, to spend his Friday and his Saturday tearing apart our 70’s era filter. He couldn’t even get the replacement parts that he needed for it because they don’t make them anymore, but we couldn’t afford a brand new pump either. Bob agreed to do what he could.
I couldn’t be more happy with the results. The pool looks better than it ever has since purchasing the home. His turnaround time was fast, the price was reasonable, and his service and follow up were fantastic. When this old thing finally does call it quits for good, I know without a doubt that I will call Bob to come out and do the work to replace it.
