I waited over a month to write this review because I was very conflicted on how many stars to give.
First of all, A1 Janitorial is an Authorized Dyson Repair Facility so when our two year old Dyson broke, the employees on the phone at Dyson instructed us to bring our vacuum here for repair which we did.
The employees were nice enough and I was in and out quickly. They called a few days later to let me know that the motor had blown out and they were ordering a new one from Dyson.
We dropped our vacuum off on July 26^th.
We got our vacuum back on October 1^st.
In our 1400sf home there are two adults, a teenager, two cats, a dog and a house full of carpet which was only vacuumed once in over two months only because I borrowed my Mother-​in-​Laws vacuum. Disgusting much?
Now I realize that the motor being back ordered at Dyson wasn’t A1 Janitorial’s fault. But never calling me or updating me is. I called them one to two times a week during the entire time they had my vacuum and never received a call from them until the last day when my motor came in. Every time I called I got:
«Yeah, I need to call Dyson to see where it’s at.»
or
«It should be here on Friday.»
Then when Friday came and I don’t hear anything I would call back and get:
«Oh yeah, it didn’t come in. I will call and see where it’s at.»
Nothing.
Or my favorite:
«I will give you a call on Monday.»
Again, nothing.
I swear if I wasn’t the one calling them, I wouldn’t have received a call for over two months. Do they realize how frustrating it is to not have a vacuum for that long!!!
In the end I received a call on October 1^st saying that the motor had come in and that they would work on it today to get it fixed.
This was at 10:45am.
Not hearing anything (again), my Husband stopped by the store at 2:00pm and had to wait over 20 minutes for him to finish putting in the new motor.
Now you would think that after having our vacuum for over two months they would have made a priority to get it done ASAP that morning, but after all we had been through I wasn’t surprised when that didn’t happen.

For years and years, I have been buying either vacuum cleaners for me or my in Laws, I bought extra strength cleaning supplies that I can not find in the super markets.
the place is always clean and friendly, I love the personal attention and even one time they delivered to my work place. The owner really cares about his business and it shows.
So thank you for providing excellent customer service when customer service is a rare thing these days.

Took our vacuum there to get fixed. The man who repaired it was very efficient, friendly and fast. They were very helpful and professional and I would definitely take my business back to them or recommend them to others.

After six years of daily use our Dyson animal quit performing (the brush quit spinning).
A-​1 gave me a reasonable quote and had the vacuum looking and working like it did the day we bought it. Fair prices and quick turnaround. I’ll use them again and will recommend them to fellow Dyson animal vacuum owners.

I have been using A1 janitorial for over 3 years for both of my commercial cleaning companies needs. Frank and Stephanie always on top of things! You can even call Frank on his cell phone at 11pm and he will be glad to help you! where else would you find that superior customer service?!
The prices there are the lowest in Sacramento and greater area, They provide the range of services: vacuume repair, delivering supplies, taking orders via phone, text message or e-​mail (very convinient).
Frank always makes sure the client is happy! We once messed up with our order that was already delivered and he without a word came back, picked it up and exchanged it. Wow.
I would recomend A1 janitorial Supply store to anyone who wants the best service and the lowest price!

Horrible business and product. The owner claimed that Spray NIne would remove mildew and get rid of grease. So I bought the gallon size for $ 19.99. I went home and put it on both the mildew and grease and scrubbed. Nothing!!! The mildew stayed. The grease did dissolve a little but dishwashing liquid does the same. I called him back and told him that it didn’t work. He said that «he swears on his life» that it works. I said good, then take it back and give me something that does work. I didn’t even expect a refund, just a product that worked. He said forget it.

Great vacuum repair! A1 is Amazing! Dropped my vacuum off at 2:00PM told the man I needed it tonight as I am having a Christmas Party and it stopped working last minute. He called to say more parts were broken than expected but Dyson was footing the bill, and it would be done by 5PM! How awesome is that! Back same day with time to spare! Working a little Christmas Miracle!

I use to drive to a janitorial supply store on Power Inn and then I found A1 Janitorial. Their prices are about the same but I save gas and time. The only reason I don’t give them 5 stars is the store is small and crowded with inventory but when they didn’t have what I was looking for in stock they ordered it for me.

I am very happy with the service I receive eveytime I come into A-​1. Frank and Stephanie are always extremely helpful and really care about me as a customer. I am in the store frequently and have yet to see a disgruntled customer. They take the time to help find whatever product or part you might need even if it is something they don’t normally carry. They are awesome people that I am glad I do business with. They were recomennded to me by another vacuum cleaning repair company in Folsom. I like the personal service of calling me when oarts and supplies are in. I don’t feel you could find a more helpful Janitorial supply company.

Went back, only this time to buy some used equipment cause they were the only place in town had use equipment at a decent price. Was helped right away, but it was by a lady instead of the guy that helped us last time (thank goodness cause if I saw him again, I would have walked out). I give them 1 extra star for prices on used equipment, but no more because of the past experience… and it took a total of 5 business days for us to get our deposit back, and when the bank said they could release it if they got a fax from the vendor stating it’s ok which of course A1 refused to do.
