My 13 year old daughter and her Dad were in town for a volleyball tournament. When they arrived at the hotel, with a confirmed, pre-paid room from Orbitz, the hotel did not have a room for them. They sold all the rooms even though we had a paid-in-full reservation. The clerk blamed Orbitz, which is BS since the hotel sells the rooms to Orbitz. I think they just got greedy and sold our room to someone walking in before we checked in. My husband asked to speak to the manager and he was nowhere to be found and no way to contact him — big surprise. Terrible customer service, terrible hotel, DONOTSTAYHERE! My family ended up sleeping in the car since there were no rooms available.
