Made an appointment three weeks out for sealcoating the drive. «Between 9 and 12.» I said I’d stay home because, cash discount. Noon arrives, no sealcoaters. Wife calls, and gets the «we’re real busy today, but we’ll be there soon.» Right. At least they could’ve manned up and said they forgot – after all, if they’d remembered, they could’ve called. So, either they forgot or they didn’t care about being late.
It’s 1:30 and still no sealcoaters. I’ll finish the review after they’re done.
Okay, now it’s 3:30 and they’re done. It looks coated and they did in fact squirt in the hot asphalt stuff. It’s apparently sealed because now we have a puddle in a low spot where it must’ve been draining out after a rain before. If they’d been on time or taken responsibility for being late I’d probably have gone with three stars.
