The patient room is bizarre, it feels like one big «circus tent» with a ring of dental chairs around the edge. All patients crammed next to each other. Very impersonal. No privacy at all, loud, unsettling.
The staff seems distracted as well, because of all the commotion. There definitely seems to be a push to rush through everything as fast as possible.
In addition, they really don’t stand by their most basic work. If you have an appliance detach because of glue failure (poor work?), they will only re-​glue it for free if it’s within 30 hours of your appointment. Otherwise it’s $ 110 to fix (for a 15-​minute appointment!).
