Wendy’s

So, my husband and I stopped at this Wendy’s today, he immediately told me his bun was super stale. That sucks but is easy to deal with. We arrived home and I pulled out my pork fries, the only thing I wanted/​ordered for myself. There was a few shreds of pork hidden under some fries. At first I assumed someone was mad I asked for them with no onion, then later after receiving an email reply from that Wendy’s location, I realized thats just how they do things there.
Someone really thought that slapping a few stray fries on top of the pork would hide the fact that there wasn’t much pork at all to begin with. I scooped up the pork onto my fork after taking a picture, the total amount was half of the teeth on my fork. With another half the same amount… I wouldve had a fork full.
The email reply consisted of «I’ll re-​train the employees to use a scoop worth of pork. Come get the free meal you requested…» It wasn’t a scoop sir or maddam, it was a pinch… a smidgen. I didn’t request a free meal, I requested a refund. I wouldn’t take time out of my day to complain about something like this unless it was obvious that someone there was being a jerk. My husband seen it before I said anything about it and said, «Wow, you should complain about that. Geez, that’s bad». Like, don’t hide it with some stray fries, you knew it was terrible and trying to cover it up made it worse.
This was my second visit, I won’t be back.

For the second time in over the course of a few months my family and I went inside to dine. Coincidentally, we got the same cashier. On our first encounter, he was rude & rolled his eyes when my son asked for no tomatoes. When I got my bacon blue cheese burger it was raw on the inside. I don’t complain or return food to any restaurants because I know what happens to replacement food! So today we come in & the guy is rude to the guy in front of us! My blueberry pineapple iced tea was warm & there was enough salt on the fries to cure a 50 lb. Ham! Wendy’s is my favorite fast food place to eat but I’m so tired of the inconsistency of this location, I think I’ll drive the extra distance to go to the other location!
