This is by far the worst Walmart location when it comes to customer service. The cashier refused to help me until 10 o’clock but stood behind the counter putting lotion on. What I thought would be a quick in and out ended up being over an hour. Avoid the store at all costs if you can.

The one star is simply for the set up. It’s the one Wal-Mart you can go to and be able to get your soap, animal necessities, and groceries without walking over the entire store. Everything is on the same side. The service in this location is some of the worst and it shows that they hire from the local neighborhood. Once waited 30 minutes just for anyone to come get my site to store order. And it was a supervisor that was causing the delay in the end. She made no eye contact and offered no apologies. I’ve had cashiers who while nice(if you get one that actually talks to you) ring things up incorrectly causing an overcharge. Let’s be real, this is another big box company where the executives make more then they could spend in 5 lifetimes while the people who do the actual work are paid pennies and it shows in their service.

Very poor customer service! And often only have 2 – 3 lanes open! Vegetables are not so fresh!

Not sure why this Walmart has a bad reputation among some of the local residents. On our trip, we got exactly what we needed(Rain-X Latitude wiper blades). The store looked about as organized as a Walmart can be. I didn’t notice any missing or wrong signage. Checkout was fast too. Among the 5 registers open, only 2 had more than 2 people in line.

This is one of the most poorly run and poorly managed establishments I’ve ever witnessed in my life. Need assistance with something in ANY portion of the store? Don’t expect help. In fact, best of luck even finding someone to help you. I’ve been coming here for 3 years simply because of proximity and I’ve only once ever found a worker walking around willing to help you. Need a cart? They’re all out in the parking lot because the lazy kid who’s supposed to do it is sitting in Subway texting or playing games on his phone. I’ve seen that at least 25 times now. Finally, need to check out? Likely only two of the 30ish lanes are open, and the person doing it has seemingly never used the machine before. I’ve waited 30 minutes to check out with only two people in front of me, each with less than 10 items. I hope this place gets new management or shut down. I’ve never seen anything like it in my life.

This is the only Walmart in Cincinnati I will go. Most are stinky, dirty, disorganized and a cluster parking mess. This location was just renovated so it’s cleaner. Parking is easy access to get in and out of. Usually there are only 5 check out lanes open and slow. For some reason this trip I got lucky and was able to get in and out of the store. I hate to say this, but I would rather go to Walmart, then Target. I feel like Walmart has better prices. True, Target’s décor/home products are«cute» but I would rather walk out saving more money. No, I wouldn’t shop the produce section and they could use a better organic food section. Overall, I think Walmart is not that bad and the people who shop there are fun to watch and quite entertaining.
