Thank you for helping send a large picture frame to my daughter today and educating me on the franchises. I will alway only go here or the Sharonville location to send packages. The ladies there have always been very nice.

Without going into too much detail, I signed up for UPS My Choice which allows you to re-​route items to your nearest customer service center for free. The package pickup location for myself, and much of downtown I imagine, happens to be this UPS location on 3rd. Its a little tucked away, and possibly in a bad area, however my experience here has been great!
While it may look a little rough around the edges, this is probably the best customer experience I have had at ANY UPS location. The employees here are SUPER helpful and make sending or receiving anything simple. I should know. Within 2 weeks I had to pickup a large 8×10 rug that I had shipped and send something to the state. Those two things are complicated as is, but somehow were made simple by the people who work at UPS. Thanks for making my life a little easier UPS Customer Center!
