Went into the Tumi store to get my iPhone case replaced with a new one. the back of my old Tumi iPhone case had detached. The store manager, Christy, was extremely helpful in identifying the problem and also coming up with a solution. The solution was to replace the old in with the new one at no additional charge. How wonderful is that? Tumi ROCKS!!!
