BUYER BEWARE! We hired Stone Statements to put a granite countertop in one of our bathrooms. The granite looks lovely but the installers put a 5 inch scratch in our mirror. It ruined the mirror because the scratch is right at eye level. I understand that accidents happen. But what I don’t understand is why no one from Stone Solutions will reply to my calls or emails about it. I have sent 3 emails and have left 3 voice messages for the manager over the course of 6 weeks and all have been ignored. So, if you’re considering Stone Solutions, just hope they don’t accidentally damage anything in your house. Because not only will they not take responsibility for it, they won’t even return your call.

They quoted me a price for my countertop and said they would get back to me about a question I had. I went over to give them a check 4 days later after not hearing back from them on my question and they had sold my slab to someone else. So, in my opinion, they are not trustworthy or ethical and I would be leery of working with them. I know that I will never go there again.
