There are now 4 employees (total) tending the store, INCLUDING the 1 cashier and 1 Manager. There used to be 2 people solely working the copy/​print desk… now there is 1, who may be the Manager. So, if you need a copy/​print project done or even need paper for 1 of the copiers for self-printing…you probably will now wait. ‘Forget it if that desk person is on the phone… you’ll be waiting forever. Bottom line, customer service is a joke because the store is understaffed. The «earnings» report for Staples in the stock market will probably look good to the stockholders… there is no big overhead because there simply is NO staff! I’ll be shopping supplies/​copying/​printing elsewhere.

Good deals occasionally but you have to stay clear of the many overpriced items. Their clearance pricing is a joke! Staples Reward deals are the best. They are now giving away 2 packs of batteries each week free in rewards. I wish that other items would automatically hit my rewards account instead of making me logon their site and submit the request.
Most of the employees are clueless about what they sell or what’s in their ads or how their crazy promotions work. For example they will send you a $ 10 giftcard if you buy $ 49 of HP ink (limit 2). In reality you can’t spend $ 98 at once, you need 2 separate orders of at least $ 49.
I have had good and bad experiences with the management team. Some times they will substitute an item when they are out of stock; other times they tell you «tough luck». Sometimes they will override coupons which should work but won’t and other times they tell you to call Corporate. Price matching is sometimes a challenge there too.
Don’t waste your time on Black Friday. They will have limited stock and people will line up out the door to save $ 100 on a computer that they will sell 2 months later for the same price.
Target is next door which is an alternative. Office Depot at Eastgate closed so you have to go to Milford for the next closest one or to Office Max at Eastgate. Their customer service are even worse!

Average. The employees don’t always know what they’re talking about. It’s right next to Target though, which is convenient
