I’ve had Andrea do my hair for years. She’s cool, adventurous and best of all calm and centered (no ridiculous vapid chatter in Valley Girl patois to grit your teeth through). She listens and gives exactly what you’re asking for unless your hair texture isn’t happening with that and then recommends a modification to make it work.
When I wanted to celebrate after grad school last year, Andrea did a cool flamingo pink fantasy color in slices — awesome. Felt so glam. When I began teaching she took it down a notch for me to a rich ruby.
Zan loves the cool Beatles circa 1966 cut she does for him and enjoys his visits as much as I do. An intimate salon of just 5 chairs, interesting brick renovation (that Soto vibe) in the hippest neighborhood in town — mine! About $ 40 for a cut.

I am a regular here. Excellent style sense, great karma, and I walk out looking fabulous.

everyone who works here is super nice and not snobby. carrie cuts my hair and she is awesome and it costs $ 40. also there is zero pressure to spend money on products. i love this salon!

My stylist of many years left the state and so of course I had to do the search for someone that could do amazing hair. I found Shane Weber Salon on Unilocal and saw good things through the posts, so I tried it out and Liz did the best job I have EVER had done to my hair… EVER! I am very happy with the turnout. The service is amazing and everyone in the salon was the friendliest I had ever encountered. I will be referring everyone I know there and definitely going back. The best salon in the City!

Shane Weber Salon is the first salon to get my hair into shape. With the combination of amazing cuts, good color and hair care products. I have never had healthier hair. Also they now offer skin care which is equally awesome. The facials that I have received from Stephany have all been well worth the trip.
The salon itself it has a really cool vibe all around. Very original décor that changes every now and then which is really cool. You will not find a cooler salon in this area. The staff are all really friendly and you will walk out feeling amazing just from all of the compliments you receive while inside.

I first went to Shane when my old stylist moved to San Francisco, and I was expecting to be let down since I was so attached to my friend’s cuts, but one foot in the door and I found myself in love with Shane’s salon.
A friendly and personable staff, a hilarious owner, and great products and prices are what make this a unique salon in Cincinnati (as if the garage doors aren’t enough). If you’re feeling frumpy and looking for a change, or just want your color touched up, Shane is your man!
