Semester’s is the only retail store near UC I know of that caters to the Greek community. They have a small section for each sorority and fraternity. Most of the pre-made clothing for girls is usually small sizes so if you need a M or L you’re going to have to have it custom made. Making clothing custom is no extra charge which is awesome. You pick your colors and prints. They have tons of prints for letters including vera bradley and lilly pulitzer which is awesome. My biggest complaints would be the prices($$$) and also it can take up to 2 weeks to get your apparel made. Which is kind of ridiculous since they make it in-store I’m almost positive.

I have found it to be cheaper to get letters at my Fraternity’s conventions, but for the sake of convenience Semesters isnt too shabby. It seems some items are alot pricier than they should be but the selection makes up for that. If you have just been initiated do what my pledge class did and go as a group to get your letters, awesome experience.

Semesters is pricey, but it is close, so that’s why I choose to do my business there, plus I like supporting the local business scene. They have very wacky store hours which is definitely an annoyance, but something you just have to work around. I come from Northern Kentucky University, and the amount of apparel available for my fraternity, Alpha Tau Omega, is decent, although I always choose to make my own clothing, rather than the pre-fabbed stuff. If you’re Greek at UC or NKU, you better head to semesters.

If you are in the Greek system at UC, then Semesters off Ludlow Avenue is the perfect store for you. They have a large store with items for all the fraternities and sororities(including multi-cultural) on the UC campus. Some of their items include t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, flip flops, key chains, paddles, handbags, car stickers, writing utensils, mugs/cups, koozies, mouse pads, and sorority jewelry. If you go to UC and want to show off your letters then stopping into this Clifton store will allow you to get all the Greek wear and gifts you need. If you go to another school but are in a fraternity or sorority that has a UC chapter as well, you are in luck. If the house you are in on another campus does not exist at UC, however, there is a limited number of items Semesters will be able to get a hold of for you. Another thing Semesters offers is lots of blank clothing and handbags, so you can have them monogrammed with your letters if you don’t see that same item in your house’s section of the store. Perhaps if you have a big event going on and want to order a bunch of customized t-shirts, for instance, they can do that too. If you don’t participate in Greek life, then there is not much of a reason to shop into Semesters, but if you do then it is probably the only place around outside of the UC Bookstore to get Greek apparel and gifts. The staff is friendly too so you will easily be able to find what you are looking for.
