I usually go to Staples in Hyde Park, but this is closer to home. I went in and was greeted by employees. No one asked for my help, but I already knew what I was purchasing. When I checked out, they asked if I wanted a rewards card (free of charge). The gentleman was helpful and I was out pretty quick.
The location is ideal, which is easy access and not congested. Parking is easy to find and at the time I went, it was not busy.
I think the prices are similar to Staples.
No bad experiences here.

Office Depots must be known for good service. Every time I am here, I find exactly what I need with the help of an employee and am on my way in five minutes.
I placed an online pick-​up order and arrived at the store to retrieve the items 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, the system was a bit slow and my items had yet to be pulled. John and Mike helped me round up my order, all while chatting with me about my project. Soon enough, I was at the check out and out the door. What had the potential to be a long wait of pulling items ended up being the traditional Office Depot 5 minute visit. Kudos to John and Mike for their excellent assistance.
