Welcome to one of the only places in Cincinnati where you’ll burn through your cash on luxury goods faster than you can say «merci beacoup.»
The store itself is adequate. It sure is small, but it’s adequate. There’s a great selection for the gals bags wise and a whole lot of small accessories. For the guys there’s not much outside of small leather goods, watches and cold weather gear.
The service here is good. I don’t remember the sales associate’s name but I probably should after she helped me look over the ten wallets I made her take out.
I also recently stopped by for a repair that needed to be made to my wallet. The glazing had began to flake off and after showing it in store, it was sent off to be repaired free of charge. Granted the wallet’s less than a year old but it’s great that Louis Vuitton stands behind their products still.

I’ve shopped at many Louis Vuitton stores all throughout the states and internationally and I have never ever received more than consistent crappy service at this store over and over again. I love the LV brand but I have never gotten great or even middle of the road service from their reps or more less leave feeling excited about what I’ve purchased. Today was the last straw. I am tired of feeling profiled and belittled whether am dressed up or down — my dollars are just the same as any other paying customer.
I officially will spend my premium designer dollars elsewhere and not contribute to a local store like this since they have never valued me as a customer.
I wish I could give them even lower than a one star review. Stay away from this Cincinnati Louis Vuitton and go to Indianapolis where you’ll actually enjoy what you’re going to buy!

Contrary to popular opinion, Louis Vuitton Cincinnati does not stand behind its products. I purchased a handbag and, within 7 days, it was severely scratched through my normal daily wear. They refused to repair the bag or replace it. I can’t help but wonder if the quality is inferior to past products and they are not aware yet. Regardless, I’ve purchased many items in the past thinking it is a worthwhile investment and it’s not. Don’t make the same mistake I did and throw away your money.
