customer service for all of Kroger/It’s a joke. Save your time, your breath, your sanity. You can get lied to or bitched at for free anywhere. So I was pizzed enough to ask for a supervisor and be a on a long hold to get to tell her why I thought the guy was a jerk and not listening. She wanted to start all over again and again. Apparently tho they have customer comment cards, if they don’t respond to you no one knows what happened. I said my time was worth something. Kroger who loses comment cards does not deserve my telling them about a situation 5 times. She made a manager call me. more time. OK, he is reasonably nice, but an incident from 6 weeks ago is less detailed in my mind than when I wrote the comment cards. Getting sick from a mixed up Starbucks recipe is long in the past, yet the recall lingers. I shan’t go to a QFC owned Starbucks.
