Jet’s Pizza

Average at best. The pizza is just ok. There sauce is their saving grace. The salad is ok. The awesome toppings to salad ratio is off… too much salad. Not impressed and don’t care to repeat business. Important to note: I am comparing to Mios, Marcos, Grammas, and Larosas. I must say the kids do love the bacon cheesy bread.

Well, just flushed $ 30 down the toilet, just had a large «Super Special» thin crust pizza, with salad. Crust was good and crisp, the rest of the pizza was, quite frankly, terrible, the ham and pepperoni was bland and tasteless. The salad must have had, half a red onion on it. Food is good. Forget it if you want your food delivered in a timely manner. Last 2 times it took over an hour and we are less than two miles away. Last night after an hour we called and were assured it would be delivered «soon.» Twenty minutes later food arrived. Pizza was lukewarm, both hoagies stone cold. No apology from driver or people at Jet’s. Too bad, maybe bad staff but I’d never go back.

Great pizza! The 8 corner is my favorite! Always get a happy delivery driver (we all know that is hard to come by)! Pizza is always correct and tasty! Plus they send me coupons because they miss me! Love it!

I love Jets Pizza the crust in the best crust of any local pizza. The parmigiano chicken pizza is great.

So happy to have a jets pizza in the neighborhood now! I’ve done both carry out and delivery, and each time my pizza was hot & delicious. The salads are always fresh and it makes for an easy, yummy meal. will definitely be back!

This is our new favorite pizza place! The delivery is always when they say it will be. One time they even brought us an extra pizza for no reason. Well there was probably a reason but they told us to enjoy! Anytime we order pizza now, it’s Jet’s. We love thick crust pizzas so the big rectangular ones are right up our alley. The pepperoni, supreme and buffalo chicken pizzas have all been great.

I had placed an online order for Jets to try it out, a greek salad with chicken and a slice of pizza. The price was pretty good for what all I’d ordered, and the wait time wasn’t bad. When I went to pick it up they showed me my pizza, repeated my order back to me and handed me the salad in a brown paper bag. Got it home, they had completely messed it up in every way possible. The wrong salad, with no chicken. I called them, cold, hungry, and exhausted after a long day. They comped my entire purchase and were extremely apologetic. That was really good customer service!
Now, about the food — the salad I did end up with (antipasto) was actually really good! There was a lot of meat on it, the iceberg lettuce isn’t my favorite, but it was very fresh and crisp, and the real mozz cheese had good flavor. A slice of pepperoni pizza, while big enough to fill me up on it’s own, had a ton of grease coming from it’s square shape. But that’s what you get with deep dish, because you’re also getting a deep crisp around the side, and it’s a real pizza — not a health food. I wouldn’t ever order a whole thing for myself, but by the slice? This is a great option to satisfy a craving, and the price is right. Plus that customer service yall.

I was excited by all the hubbub surroundIng the opening of Jet’s pizza. To make a long story short, tried it 3 different times with the hopes of it improving, unfortunately it did not. It’s one of those pizzas that everything slides off of the crust when you bite into it. Cheese hardens within minutes. Not worth wasting anymore words.

I LOVE the Jets pizza in Ft. Mitchell, so when the Beechmont store opened I was so excited. We have ordered twice since they have opened and I couldn’t be more disappointed. The first time was opening week so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and we tried it again tonight. The toppings were nonexistent. The crust had no flavor and the $ 9 chef salad was 95% iceberg lettuce and 5% ham/​turkey/​cheese/​tomatoes. I will NEVER order from them again.

Jets Pizza Anderson is a wonderful restaurant with very helpful employees. They were able to help me find exactly what I wanted and the food was incredible. I highly recommend the Jets boat or Deli boat. It’s like a Calzone but better than any other one I have tried. The pizza is wonderful as well and is very unique compared to other pizza places in the Cincinnati area. I highly recommend that you go here!

Placed our order online, they called me to tell me that they were out of bacon, their just getting to my pizza– 15 mins after I ordered. So I ask them is the pick up time going to be the same? He replied, give us an extra 10 mins. When I got there the pizza was cool, clearly been ready. The price they charge for a pizza is ridiculous. Definitely not worth the money.

I recently moved from Toledo and was glad to see that this Jet’s Pizza recently opened near my new location. The pizza was just as good as I’ve expected from other locations, but the service was far more exceptional.
We were helped by Jacob, who I later learned was on his first day on the register. During my call to see if they delivered, Jacob had to see if they would deliver to me. When they had issue with determining my location, Jacob kept me updated as they researched. When it was determined they could not deliver, he asked if I would want to pick up. We said yes, he took the order, repeated it, offered a coupon and gave us our total. Very courteous.
When my fiancé picked up the order, Jacob was on the register. He was excited and told her it was his first day. He was very helpful and extremely excited to be completing the sale, unlike his counterpart, a female who seemed to be frustrated with her day, but Jacob provided amazing service.
We will be back and bravo Jacob on a great first day!
