This place was nasty. The guy at the front of the restaurant wasn’t friendly at all. Our floor was nasty to. We used to go here all the time used to be a good restaurant run for the hills

Not that great of a place food is old and lacks flavor. The crab legs don’t have any flavor and the restaurant is dirty. Only choice was 1 store… Would have given ½ since the people were nice.

I would not go here again. The food was simply not good. The carpet was sticky by our table, which is not appetizing. The price was reasonable. On the positive side, we saw the staff really clean the chairs and tables during a slow time.

I went there last night and wish I hadn’t. I was at first pleasantly surprised to see crab legs on the buffet. Worst crab legs I’ve ever had. They were so stringy I almost spit them out. They were inedible. The rest of the food was at or below what you can get at other places. Trust the other bad reviews on here and don’t waste your money. I won’t be returning to this place.

Was just so so. I wish I had read reviews before going, but I guess we didn’t hate it, just probably won’t be back. They had a Mongolia style grill where they could grill fresh for you, but we didn’t use that option. Maybe if we had I would have given more stars because it looked good. Not a lot of choice on the dessert section, and despite appearances, it wasn’t all too tasty :-/. But the dinner entrees and lo mein noodles were pretty good. Can’t go wrong with that!

Go here about once a week with people from work. Great Chinese buffet and at a very reasonable price. Food to get: the coconut shrimp balls are incredible.

Good deal on a massive buffet — 11.65 for two huge buffets of sushi, fruits, chinese food, even desserts. For some reason the night we were there the restaurant was really hot inside. You can also order off the menu.

Simply a below average Chinese Buffet. From selection to flavor and décor, all below average. The staff was friendly. Pass it by, you can do better.

Went for lunch, around 3:30. Was very good, even though the lunch crowd was dying down. The fried dumplings were old, I didn’t get to try a fresh one. So delicious, $ 18 for me and husband to eat. Will be going back.

The staff is friendly. The selection is both unique and broad, but the food was just so-so. Crab Rangoon and Wonton Soup were both excellent. Some of the dessert items were tasty as well. I kind of wish I had stuck with just those, but I was far too curious and hungry to avoid the other items. I thought some of the Chinese mainstay type items were a little sub-par: General Tso’s Chicken, Beef and Mushroom, Spring Rolls, even the Sweet Donuts. They left a bit to be desired. Some of the less common items were good: Frog Legs and Steamed Oysters for instance were unique and tasty. They also had a Baked Oyster that tasted an awful lot like a crab cake. Other items, like the mussels, were inedible. The Coconut(cream sauce) Shrimp was also a miss for me. Of note is the discothèque inspired server circle. Get your freak on Jade Buffet! In general, I feel that a lot of items had sat out too long and were either colder or chewier than you wanted them to be. We’ll call it Red Lamp Syndrome.

This is an average Chinese place. The service is decent and the food what you expect from a buffet. It does have better sushi that other Chinese restaurants. I do like that they have a hibachi grill just wish they had more than 4 sauces to go with it. I wouldn’t drive out of the way to go here but it is close so its okay.

Very fresh. A lot of items you don’t normally see at cookie cutter Chinese buffets. Try the coconut sauce shrimp and the steamed mussels with cheese on top.

I went here with my cousin Arian and it was just okay. There wasn’t much of a selection that day, but the service was pretty nice. The food that they did have available was pretty good. Some of it was left out a little too long and needed to be swapped out. On the day that I went with my mother and my two daughter everything was just right. It is your typical Chinese food, but they made some dishes that I have missed over the years!

one of the better chinese buffets i’ve been to. +1 for good selection of food +1 for above-average quality of food +1 for cheap all-you-can-eat lunch buffet($ 7.25 including tax) +1 for clean and relatively large seating area +1 for seating our group of 12 during the lunch rush i rate this as 3.5 stars. i’m forced to round down, since i can’t justify giving it 4 stars. recommended, but only if you’re in the mood for a lunch buffet. i’ll return, on the basis of convenience.

This is my favorite Chinese place on this side of town. Mainly because the place has plenty of seating, is clean, and has plenty of food choices. Jade Buffet is kind of tucked away from the mall around the corner, but it’s well worth it to stop in. They have a plentiful salad bar, sushi, and nice big round buffet. Oh and they have the traditional ice cream machine and pretty well stocked dessert bar. There are plenty of different choices on the buffet from noodles, to 3 different kinds of rice, beef, pork, seafood chicken, veggies, and some American style food as well. Did I mention sushi and seafood? True most buffets don’t quite do sushi«right», but I will attest that they do a pretty bang up job! And have a selection to go with it. The only thing that docks this down a star is the service. The wait staff is very chatty with each other, and sometimes it may take a while to get refills. I suggest always ordering water if you get something else to drink as a back up. But other than that its a great lunch spot!

Good selection of food, very nice setting, better than most chinese buffets i have been too. Unfortunately the place was empty when we went in, food was slightly on the cold side, but still very good. Would go again.

I had a similar experience with being treated rudely at this restaurant. The food’s not particularly good, either.

Typical Asian buffet with California rolls, soup, dumplings etc. Convenient if you are shopping in the Tri-County Mall. Check pictures for location and menu.
