Hertz Rent A Car

Great service and very polite stuff. They walked out with me on the parking lot and showed all available midsize cars.

My car was not delivered to my work location, as requested. When I went there in person, my car was not ready. The staff apologized a lot, but they dropped the ball this time.

We made a reservation through Hotwire for a last minute rental at this Hertz location. I understand we were there at 5:30pm and they close at 6pm and the reservation was made at 5pm but it went through. The email specifically said we didn’t have to double check that the reservation was available.
When we got there, the attendant couldn’t be bothered to help us. Apparently no cars were available, even though there were plenty at the parking lot, and she told us to call back the day after at 12pm to check if they had anything available. We ‘thanked’ them and left to go to the enterprise next door.
They were far more accommodating and even offered to upgrade our compact to an suv for less than what hertz was going to charge for a compact. It’s a sample size of one unhelpful employee here but from our experience, you’ll have better luck next door.

It was my first time renting a car, and the whole thing was a very easy, painless transaction. I got a 2014 Corolla, impeccably clean inside and out. All their cars are non-​smoking. The guys at the office were very friendly and professional.

Tuck away in a small stripe mall. They will bring your car to you and take back after the rental is done! Friendly staff.
