When I tried to call to verify they had the item I needed, a recorded message told me I could check their inventory online. Still, I was already calling so I pressed«1» to be connected to directly to the store. A different recording promptly informed me that no one could take my call and to try back later. Annoying, but I can still check online. The website says they have what I need! So I drive up 20 minutes to the store. When I get there an employee asks if I need help finding something. I ask for my item and he tell me they used to carry if, but they’ve been sold out for a while. He goes on to explain that their online inventory is often incorrect. What’s the point then? What a compete waste of time.
