Fossil Store

I have several fossil watches and anytime I go into this store I am met w a friendly greeting. I am always well taken care of whether I am buying something new or just getting something fixed. Awesome job.

This review isn’t about the Kenwood store. It is about the online Fossil store. I tried ordering a $ 50 gift card for my daughter through the site for 3 days. For 3 days, I received an error message. I contacted Fossil, who said my card had been flagged because I put a wrong digit in my area code. I fixed that and contacted AmEx, who took care of the issue. Still, though, Fossil wouldn’t accept the card. I tried another card and still no luck. I called Fossil again, and spoke with an agent who assured me someone would contact me soon. Twenty-​four hours later, after not hearing back, I contacted them again. This time, the agent was rude! It was a different agent; she told me that I, unfortunately, wouldn’t be able to purchase through their site because my card was flagged. I explained that AmEx took care of the problem and that we had successfully been using the card at other places. I said, «So you’re saying I’m not able to spend money at your site?» She replied, «Yes, that’s correct. You can try going to our store.» I do 90% of my shopping online. I can assure you I’ve never had an issue with a site like this one. It’s sad because I have two teenagers who would love Fossil items for Christmas, but it looks like that won’t happen. :(

Fossil is one of those brands that have a very unique presence in fashion world, especially for people who want to buy trendy, long lasting, reliable merchandise for reasonable price. I have been a big fan of their wrist watches and purses in the past, especially I have to buy something for female relatives.
This was the first time I found more apparel in the store than before. I have been to many of these stores but I feel like they are changing their business strategy. They had some really good stuff in this store. I feel like this will be a great thing for Fossil. I didnt buy anything during this visit but definitely recommend a visit if you are looking for reliable and reasonable priced leather goods.

We received absolutely fantastic service at the Kenwood Fossil. My husband is a fan of the watches, but the clothing is of great quality as well. Above all, the customer service at this location is absolutely fantastic. Jonelle (the manager), Jess, Colin, and Sumedha gave us excellent customer service in finding the perfect apparel for an upcoming internship in Las Vegas. I highly recommend this store — let them know what you’re looking for and they are eager to lend a hand.
