Embroidme

I have used Embroidme many times. I have always found them to be very helpful with new designs and my original logo. Nathan and Kim do a great job for me.

Terrible, read on for my wordy review. Around 11/​14/​2015 I Dropped off 2 (we were doing 30 total) shirts for embroidery with the «designer» (Nathan) and even returned within 2 days with a question. Sent them the logo as requested by Nathan, and followed up with the manager (Tyler) who said, «oh yeah, here it is. I had no idea you sent this.» I was told to send it and why did it take 3 days to check mail? On top of this, on the 9^th business day, I had still not heard anything about my shirts nor the edit needed to my logo so I stopped in. Nothing. I asked for my shirts back which the lady said… «hmm let me try to find them.» Well, she finally picked up what looked like the lost and found box, removed my 2 shirts and said, «I guess these are them, I wondered about these» and handed them to me. Nothing more was said. I never said I did not want the shirts done, I just thought it was wise to get MY merchandise back. Oddly, I never got a call about anything past that point. Never that my logo was edited, no question about if I was returning the shirts, nothing. I even spoke to the franchisor of the company in Florida. Funny tho, I never heard from the local franchisee. with all this said, I can’t comment on the quality of their work as they were not even competent to do the work in the first place! Beware on this one! Too many other like companies out there to choose from to waste time with this one.

Always produce good products as promised. I’ve used them multiple times for uniforms and they are always willing to work with me to get what I need. They are busy, but they still provide good service.

I’m a big fan of supporting local businesses. But not a fan of poor customer service. I unfortunately found them to be untimely in requesting a quote for services and not friendly to work with. Think twice doing business with them.

Be very careful when dealing with this place. They overpromise and under deliver When it comes to their timing and customer consideration. The customer is always wrong here’re. I hate writing bad reviews but this is well-​deserved
