food is great. service is great but the ONE star is for food count. I’ve probably gone here several times to try the chicken pot pie on the one day that they serve it, i’ve even called n made sure they had more in stock, i’ve driven up to 40mins to other locations to try this, yet when i arrive n ask to have it, they seem to always run out. always a fail. living in California n traveling around the US, 3 years has gone by n i still havent tried this damn thing. two thumbs down!!!

You always know what you’re gonna get with a CB. We stop here on the road a lot because they are open early and we know we’re going to have a tasty breakfast. Nosing around in the shop is always fun.

This was a decent meal for the price. We went on a Sunday. They were packed. I think we waited about 15 min to be seated. For how crowded they were I wasn’t surprised how loud it was. It was very hard to move around the store/waiting area because so many people were waiting to be seated. I ordered the french toast. My husband ordered one of the combo/big breakfast type of meals. Each child had a pancake kids meal. The french toast was a decent effort. My kids are 6 and under and both my husband and I had to share some of our food with them because their meals were not filling enough. The pancakes were average. All meals were hot and tasted fresh. Unfortunately, nothing special. We felt rushed. Not long after our food came we were given the bill. As soon as a plate was empty there was an employee snatching it away. When I had half a piece of french toast left on my plate one of the employees tried to take it. He didn’t even ask if I was done or needed a box, just reached over and started to grab. I had to tell them I wasn’t finished. Our server was nice, what little was saw of her. The food was decent enough that I would be willing to give them another shot, though I think I will try for an off hour time. Maybe breakfast at 11:.00am or lunch at 2pm?

Witnessed an amazing job of efficiency and crowd control yesterday on Thanksgiving. We expected the lengthy wait(hour and a half) but were seated in slightly less time than quoted, and the food was out within 10 minutes. Fine dining it’s not, but if you want a complete, good-diner-quality Thanksgiving turkey and ham dinner complete with sides, bread, beverage and dessert, it’s a steal at $ 9.99. All in all, I’ve paid double that before and not had as good food or service.

It’s too bad that every time we have been here, without exception, something in an entrée from our table, is COLD! For as staffed as they are, for as much running as the hard-working wait staff puts into their job, what is the kitchen’s problem?

Always good food. Atmosphere loud and cold. Could use some booths and something to absorb sound.

I have never had my order correct and the noise level is deafening. Food is okay, but not a lot of choices.

I have never been to a bad Cracker Barrel. Consistent experience. Same goes for this one.

Ever since Ohio instated the no smoking ban, this place just isn’t the same. Used to be that there was a smoking section and a smoggy less smoking section. The place was packed with old people racing to their deaths and ambulances showed up outside at least twice a week. Now its just a bunch of people racing to die by fat ingestion.
