selection on property and endless selection at warehouse around the corner. the sales office has many examples of projects and is very attractive. friendly staff approaches from the angle of installers rather than sales people; the price was outstanding (priced 5 suppliers/​contractors for same material/​project). Carl met all promises of dates/​terms; he had to make a second trip to measure because i hadn’t properly prepped the space for his initial visit. the installed product looks great and was installed on-​time and below the initial quoted price. the installers were friendly and attentive and cleaned as they installed. they ensured my satisfaction before departing. will do business with Carl/​Steve/​Builtmore again.

BUYER BEWARE. I purchased a Groupon and tried for weeks to redeem it. We went into the store to get pricing on tile and there was only one lady at the front desk who had no idea what she was doing. She didn’t have any info on pricing and said someone would call us with it. So we wasted the half hour drive there for nothing essentially. Then I never heard back from them about pricing, I had to call them. The lady said she’d talk to «Carl» (who must be the manager) and would have him return my call. He never did, she just called back to tell me that the Groupon was worded incorrectly (which is their fault) and then tried to charge me much more than what the deal was for. I asked to speak to Carl and she said she’d have him call me. He never did. She just called back and told me that Carl told me to contact Groupon for a refund. So he lost my business entirely. I also told Group on how horrible the experience was with them — so hopefully they won’t be running any more «deals» with them. This place is never staffed properly (we went there twice and no one was helpful) and is blatantly inconsiderate of its potential customers. Also — we were always the only ones in the «showroom» — they don’t have much to offer product wise. Not worth your time or money.
