Bailey Capital Partners

Our company entered into an agreement and paid Bailey Capital $ 5,750.00 in good faith money for Bailey Capital services. Pursuant to the Agreement, the deposit held by Bailey was to be returned to our company upon the failure of Bailey Capital to fulfill its duties set forth in the Agreement. The failure of Bailey Capital to comply with the provisions of the Agreement caused our company to file suit and obtain a favorable judgment against Bailey Capital. Although given ample opportunity to avoid litigation, Bailey Capital continued to make excuses as to the nonpayment of the deposit to our Company, and has continually acted in a matter that serves only to frustrate and otherwise evade our Company of the return of the deposit now due. Sounds like this has happened before to others!!!

Our company gave them $ 15,000 in a Good faith agreement deposit. The company, Bailey Capital, did not perform to the agreed upon standards/​contract, and we NEVER received our deposit back after multiple attempts to retrieve it. Proceed with caution!
