I’m working with 3CDC on a major volunteer OTR cleanup project for Go Cincinnati, a city wide day of community service on Saturday, May 17 this year. We’re going to be loving on this neighborhood providing a large group of volunteers breaking into a variety of smaller teams cleaning every nook & cranny of this neighborhood.
We’re providing the volunteers and they’re providing trucks to pick up the trash & debris disposing of it properly in our city.
3CDC is a non-​profit real estate development and finance organization focused on revitalizing Cincinnati’s downtown urban core in partnership with the City of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati business community working in downtown and OTR neighborhoods.
Many of their redevelopment projects have helped revitalize our urban core — Fountain Square, Washington Park, Vine Street, Walnut street for future generations to enjoy.

well, this guys are doing it.
i approached 3cdc on behalf of choices café a year ago to see if they would like to collaborate on an affordable housing project — and they did. they have been so helpful in getting the process moving, and i have been very happy working with them.
i have rehabbed buildings in over the rhine for around 10 years, and seen many changes. 3cdc is making necessary changes while also being willing to work with the advocacy community.
