Hello, I was the bride of yesterday March 22^nd 2014 so my experience in this banquet was a three star. fe she was a nice lady but the thing is that she got the colors wrong for my wedding colors she only got one color right but the second color was not correct also the food was good but she got the order mixed up there were so many things that it wasn’t what I wanted the bride that I am its not to make a big deal because if I would make the big deal my day would have been horrible so I didn’t want to argue with her or discuss anything with her or anybody else I just wanted to have fun on my day so I’m giving you a three star and think about it twice to do your wedding in this banquet is not that bad but yet its not 100 excellent. Fe did came and ask if everything was good. She told us also if nobody was going to get the big banquet we can get it. And we got it so pleased. As promised I am updating my review. Our first experience was not very pleasant. They were going through a major staff change with their wedding coordinator. Once the dust was settled they really did work with us. They let us use the bigger room with not even the minimum, made our wedding of 115 people much more pleasant than the smaller room. The reason I am not giving Al’s 4 stars is due to the obnoxious bar tender bitching at our guest about not receiving tips from certain people. Now, it’s true, it’s proper to tip however, we payed for open bar. It’s not as if he was working at a club and people weren’t tipping, this was our wedding and the fact that he was bitching to our guest was super tacky! Over all experience, Slightly pleasant. The venue itself is beautiful.
