The nurse practitioner is fantastic. I felt like she really listened to me, asked pertinent questions, was friendly, and thoroughly tested my related movement.
If this was a review of her, I’d give five stars in a heart beat.
However, the office staff have been considerably less professional.
I spent two months trying to get an appointment, when I finally spoke to someone to make an appointment, it was for six weeks later. A week before my appointment, the staff called and informed me that they had double booked my appointment, so I’d have another month till they could see me. Wow.
For my second appointment, they called to reschedule my appointment again. (Due to their mismanagement of scheduling)
Amongst all that scheduling hassle, the office never sent my request for physical therapy. The doctor put in the request, however the office staff took over a month to process the request. During which I called 2x per week trying to get it processed and sent to my insurance.
On top of those issues, I just don’t find the office staff particularly professional. They openly joke about trying to leave early and short shift their time in an open office with patients.
The office staff leave something to be desired.
On a more positive note, the office has great décor. It’s tasteful, soothing, easy to navigate with a wheelchair. Too bad the staff are more interested in each other than interacting in a positive manner with patients.
