I’ve came here often with excellent service but this time was HORRIBLE! A guy named Erwin made my sandwich was SLOWER than molasses! He had the line held up, taking his time when I had somewhere to be. Then to top it off he cut my sandwich and wrapped the two halves separatly. I cannot believe he is an employee he is HORRIBLE!

I love the staff here everyone does an excellent job… except for Rose. Aside from her extremely obnoxious voice, she really messes up my sandwiches. One time I specified, «light mayonnaise please,» and she gives me regular. That wasn’t such a big deal, but I said this multiple times before and during the time she put the regular mayo and she then freaked out and paniced after a few seconds. It was just frustrating.

I like subway but my only complaint is that they don’t hurry when they are making your sandwich. Also they don’t answer the phone to put in orders ahead of time.

Unfortunately, I have been to better Subway locations than this.
The staff wasn’t friendly but they weren’t awful towards customers.
They do not know how to MAKE sandwiches. I had to tell the sandwich artist multiple times to put more spinach, onion, and olives. And when I was eating my sandwich, I noticed that the bread tasted more like the cookies than anything. I worked for a Subway as one of my very first jobs, so I can tell you for a fact that whoever washed the pans did not do a good job. I ordered jalepeño cheddar bread, but got sweet bread instead.
Also, the place was not very clean. There was a lot of trash on the floor, and nearly every table was dirty. I understand that lunch time may get busy, but we came at 2, when the big rush is pretty much over. Surely someone could’ve quickly wiped up the tables at least.
The water here at the drink fountain does not taste good. Order bottled water if you can’t help it.
