Horrible customer service. I went to get a chai tea latte on a weekday afternoon. It wasn’t busy at all, and barista took a while to acknowledge me. I also got attitude and eye roll when I said if it can have coconut milk instead of regular. Just not a good experience at all. Will not be coming back.

They’re only getting 1 star cause I have to select at least one. We walked into this Starbucks with the intent to purchase our drinks but when we arrived at the counter the baristas were busy so we went to use the restroom first. When we returned we stood in front of the register to place our order while the 2 employees were standing near the back room. They were in the middle of a conversation and never bothered to acknowledge us or say they would«be right with you». We waited what felt to be too long so we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. This is the first time Starbucks employees didn’t acknowledge our presence and I know I won’t be coming back here ever again. Side note… parking lot is very small

Gotta love my coffee! Besides getting great coffee, the customer service is great and the staff is very friendly and fast to get orders done. Great for quick coffee runs!

The manager at this Starbucks Ashley is awesome. I had a road bike stolen from outfront of this starbucks, she actually contacted the strip mall and got the bike rack moved directly infront of the store where they can keep a better eye on it. The staff is great at this location, my order is always spot on, and whenever Ashley is around she makes it a point to say hi. This is my favorite Sbucks even though I had my bike stolen, it’s how they reacted to my issue that made me a loyal customer!

We stopped here to meet up with some friends. There is no way you can miss this Starbucks as right off the freeway and is a main anchor to the shopping/eatery center. Many of the parking spaces right in front of Starbucks are 20 min green spaces, so be aware of that when you come here. We were here on a Sunday afternoon so parking wasn’t an issue(ample parking anyways) and there weren’t many people here. There is a lots of indoor and outdoor patio seating, which I appreciated. I ordered the Coconut Mocha Frap. What a pleasant surprise! It was too sweet and had the perfect combo of coconut and mocha. There were coconut shavings on top too. One of the nicer Starbucks I’ve been to. Customer service was fast and friendly as well.

Every time I’m in the SD area I always try to come to this location, why, you ask? Because the customer service is the best I have had at any Starbucks I’ve ever been to. All the employees at this location are super nice and welcoming always greeting you with a smile and I have to say that it all must stem from the store manager Ashely you can tell that she leads by example and her smile always lights up the store, I guess Ashely is also part of the reason I go out of my way to come to this store when I can.

Eduardo. He is worth another 100 stars! My first time in was yesterday afternoon on my way home from the mall. I wanted to take advantage of the BOGO Chai Tea Latte that benefited Oprah’s foundations. While ordering, Eduardo not only introduced himself and welcomed me to the store,(it was obviously my first time there because I was admiring all of the windows and seating) but he also suggested I try the drink iced and with vanilla soy milk. I agreed. Then, he asked if I might like it «his way», which was simply to add a pump of hazelnut. Absolutely. He is so happy and gallant, yet not upsetting, so it was a treat for me to actually enjoy doing business with a Starbucks barista. My daughter was a barista a few years ago at Coffee Bean and Tea. My nephew was at Peet’s. Both received quite a different training in manners and customer service than what their friends and some co-workers who were ex Starbucks employees had received. I experience curt Starbucks employees sometimes, but mostly at the Coronado store. Back to Eduardo… I am smitten~! This is now my most favorite Starbucks EVER! Not only was he incredible and made me feel like the most important person in the world, but the lattes were the best I had ever had. That is the truth. Originally, I was buying one for me, and the other was a surprise for my 90 year old mother. However, mine was so delicious, that I drank it before I got home and seriously did not give the other to my mom! I drank BOTH of them! That is how good this location is. The place is spotless. There is plenty of seating inside and out. The parking is tight, but there is parking all around, so simply walk. The ease of getting there from the mall, Bonita Road, or the 805 is great. The bonus is the customer service. Thank you Eduardo. You make a difference.

There’s a starbucks literally BEHIND my house. I drive 3 miles to this one instead. Why? So many reasons — first — the STAFF are the best I’ve seen. This is my starbucks and they’ve gotten to know me here. Over Christmas Eduardo asked if I’d like to try one of the new holiday drinks — since I like a little coffee with my various creams and sugars, I agreed. It wasn’t my favorite(code in our family for — «blegh»). Basically — It probably tasted too much like coffee for me. Eduardo asked how I liked it and, though I tried to be pleasant, he quickly asked to make me something else. He still makes suggestions, but he totally understands my taste and nails it every time. I love the salted caramel mocha — yes, even without the topping sprinkely stuff that everyone is out of — Eduardo recommended I try it with a bit of white mocha in place of half of the chocolate mocha. To Die For. But that’s not even why I like these guys. They’re just cool, up beat, they act like they enjoy what they’re doing — and it really affects the atmosphere of the whole store. OK — also, I don’t know what it is, but I like the indoor seating. LOTS of outlets could be the reason, but I think maybe it’s just the overflowing barista vibe. There are also lots of tables outside, which is nice in SD for sure. Downside: just to be fair, the parking in front of the store is limited, but there’s plenty of parking in the bigger lot. Getting To the store from Bonita Rd. can be tricky the first time. But it’s not too hard to figure out. Oh and it’s as loud as any starbucks inside — and traffic makes it loud outside. So if you have a hard time hearing on your cell you’ll want to go sit in your car. None of that stuff is a bother to me. I love this place!

This is my regular Starbucks! It is right off the 805 which makes it very convenient for picking up coffee on the way to work. My usual is a triple soy cappuccino. After coming in a couple times a week, the staff started to recognize me and know my usual items. All of the staff I’ve come in contact with are friendly and helpful. This Starbucks can get busy, like many others. The parking lot is small and sometimes easier to park on the other side of the lot and walk. There are usually tables open outside, if not inside. Don’t forget to pick up the Free App or Song of the Week near the creamer. They are usually best selling-paid versions of apps.

Plenty of seating at this starbucks. Wifi can be slow at times though so dont camp out here. Also the employees are not aware of the secret menu so be ready to give instructions.

This is the closest Starbucks to me and its usually pretty good. People are very friendly, service is decent. But every time I go in for my iced coffee whether I ask for little ice or not, my cup is filled ¾ of the way with ice. I don’t pay for ice. Today I paid extra to try the coconut milk and it was basically a waste since I didn’t get to enjoy much coffee. Super bummed.

A fairly new Starbucks located in a small strip on the corner of course. I stopped in for a blonde roast Veranda, but they did not have any made, so they generously offered to make a me a pour over, and I agreed. They were out of pumpkin scones, but they were out of them, so I settled for a mini vanilla bean scone. The pour over blonde was very good, and to my surprise, it was even better than the regular drip version I usually get. The petite scone was great. I had that nice vanilla shell on the outside speckled with vanilla bean( ), and the inside was moist and tasty( ). Good scone. I have to say I really appreciated them going out of the way, even when it was busy, to make me a pour over blond. Nice friendly service indeed. This location has a larger outside patio and some good size study tables inside.

Went here a few times for my Sbux fix… It’s right off the 805… Parking can suck at times since the parking area is a little small… But inside, it’s a pretty nice location to go to. I noticed this place is kept very clean. The baristas are all super friendly(say hi to Marianne for me!). And there are tons of tables and chairs to hang out. Coffee and pastries of course are your standard Starbucks drinks. Here are some of our regular orders, try em out! Iced passion tea with Apple juice Iced chai tea with toffee nut Iced upside down caramel macchiato Crème brûlée frapp(seasonal)

Starbucks is hit or miss. This specific location, definitely a hit. The baristas always make my drink the same and know my usual as I’m a regular at this particular location. The friendly smiles and consistence of their work ethics is always appreciated on this end. The hours of operation is my only bout, but will take it because everyone here is super nice– even during their usual crazy Saturday morning rush. iced black coffee, no ice with hazelnut. You get more bang for your buck and it does the trick when you’re studying and/or doing homework.

Came here for a little breakfast pick-me-up with my family. I rarely ever go to Starbucks since all I drink are teas that I make at home. Let’s just say for all the years that I’ve been given Starbucks gift cards on birthdays or Christmas, I managed to save them all and just compile them onto 1 card leaving me with a huge balance! My friends and family are often quite shocked and think I’m some Starbucks whore after telling them how much I’ve saved. Upon arriving at this location, we were promptly assisted as we approached the register. My sister and her 3 kiddos picked out a few healthy juices at the counter along with a few breakfast sandwiches and fruits of which I opted for the same. After all was said and done, my total came out to $ 56! I don’t think I’ve ever spent that much at a coffee shop, but let’s just say my gift card came in handy on that day! Service was prompt and the staff was pleasant. We had one container of fruits that was rotten and instead of falling in line just to get a new fresh container, I kindly asked the barista if I could get a new one and he was more than happy to just let me go ahead and do so without having to fall in line. Their breakfast sandwiches were actually pretty good as this was my first time trying them. Overall, the staff was cordial and they had a good stock of fresh cold goodies at the counter. This location seemed to be a bit bigger than the other ones I’ve visited in the past years. However, business does pick up around noon and seating inside becomes limited. In that situation, outside seating is best which they do provide. The location is definitely convenient for those on the way to work as it is near the freeway.

One of the best starbucks I’ve been to. The people working there are always the most genuine and nicest people. The wifi there isn’t shit, and they make my drinks correctly. Down side, like with all starbucks locations there is never enough seating. One day.
