vista location: porfavor leer… este abogado andres moreno es un abusador, carero, ratero, y su asistente patricia es igual de ratera en primera es contra la ley que ella este dando precios si no es abogada, primero me dan un precio en el tramite de migracion y luego el abogado me quiere cobraron casi $ 500 dolares mas estan locos., abusan de la gente humilde, revisen los comentarios de las personas antes de entrar a esta oficina, yo di dinero para empesar mi tramite patricia me traia arriva y abajo con los papeles que necesitava y cuando pedi ablar con el abogado puros corajes me isieron pasar cuando me queria cobrar mas dinero de lo que ya haviamos quedado, son unos improfesionales, abusadores que se provecha de la gente, abogado andres me acavo robando $ 250 dolares los cuales me quito de los $ 1000 que les di,.segun el por el tiempo invertido en mi caso cuando jamas hisieron nada y el dia que lo mire solo fue para quejarme con el… andres moreno me dijo que no hiva a encontrar un abogado mejor que el porque segun el es un «chingon» estas fueron las palabras que el me dijo con esa mala palabra, que se me hace muy antiprofesional de un abogado que se esprese de esa manera… pero es un chingon para robarle ala gente. como puede dormir trankilo, es un raterooo… esta bien ya perdi $ 250,esto me pasa por no escuchar ya habia escuchado comentarios negativos, pero solo queria desirle ala gente para que este señor ya se le acave esto por que deverdad que es un abusador!! solo pork sale en la tele la gente confia porfavor, tengan mucho cuidado y pregunten antes de contratar a estos careros… abusadores! ellos cobran mucho dinero y se tardan mucho con los tramites. gracias a dios encontro una abogada honesta y muy professional..

Well let’s start by saying they are very friendly, professional, they had help me thru 2 proses a divorce and a bankruptcy. I understand that we have different day off I have Monday and Tuesday off they have Saturday and Sunday this was the only time we couldn’t get a hold of each other. Other than that they reply to my emails, phone calls they answer all my questions. They also have me on a payment plan and I had missed a couple of them, they wait for me until I had the money to pay. I have nothing but good things to say about Nancy Franco and her team. I just started a 3^rd case with them !!! I do recommend this firm 500% thank you all for your hard work and for your knowledge.

TheY are the most unproffessional office of lawyers and assistants. Once they take your money, thats when everything starts going down hill. They dont pick up the phone, they arent there (not even the snotty assistants), they tell you you will get a call back (but no call backs at all). You are paying them to basically help you thru the process and do the paper work and deal with it. But they will forget to send out paperwork, delay it and not be aware of anything that goes on with your case. JUST DO YOUR INVESTIGATION GOOD AND LOOK FOR A LAWYER WITH GOOD REVIEWS PLEASE.

Horrible no los contraten los abogados no hacen nada y las asistentes no llenan el papeleo bien atrasando el caso, mi experiencia fue fatal jamás los vuelvo a contratar mejor contraten un notario mas barato estos abogados cobran demasiado para un trabajo mal hecho si los contratan buena suerte.

Where do I begin. Lets start by saying when I become a citizen I will come back and sue for all the thousands of dollars our family has given this family of «lawyers».They are not professional at all not even the respect of being latinos like one do they want to better their race and help and inform those who are ignorant of the laws and immigration process. I am undocumented as a child my family saw of fixing my status and this business took advantage of us all. The 10 year bar could have been easily been avoided in my case by informing me of leaving the country 180 days after I turned 18 but they didn’t and no one took responsibility of not informing me they dont care about the clients not if you paid them 1 million dollars to care.
When I grew up to understand and realize something was wrong I took my case well some all they wanted to give me and I feel I am missing many documents this is how professional they are they gave me some other persons birth certificate an original copy of it. A birth certificate in the wrong hands is harmful. No one took responsibility for the unanswered questions and mistakes and the run around of where my files were when I had appointments. I cant warn my latin community enough to stay away from these shady lawyers educate yourself get a lawyer who has experience who will be accountable for your case. STAY AWAY from Andres Moreno and Lupita in San Yaidro also. One lawyer who worked at Lupita in San Ysidro CA took the money and ran.
