I usual get great customer service here, and as always I love the atmosphere, but today I called in to order I called in a few times today, and it kept on ringing. Then on the 5th try the lady picked up and said«I’m putting you on hold thank you» and I did not get a word in at all. She never got back to me! How rude… then I decided to go there and order inside. I saw the phone there still on hold. Unbelievable. Then I ordered and she told me it will take 20 minutes. At this point I’m furiated, but I told her happily that I will wait. She had an annoyed look on her face. I called in again while waiting just to see if it would go through and it said«line busy,» so she left the phone on without getting back to the customer… It took exactly 20 minutes and she gave me my food. She was happy to see me go. The food was okay. It’s my first time getting the sliders. I know that the restaurant next door is the same owner. It’s called Valentino’s and they also have sliders that are similar but even they didn’t pick up! They were also open when I drove there… can’t believe this.

In San Diego for the holiday, I dared to venture to this spot which drew me in with it’s name alone. Jordan’s Crazy Burgers & Hot Dogs… How crazy could they actually be? Being the burger fanatic that I am, I had to find out. My sister and I found this restaurant tucked away in a somewhat residential area. Parking was limited for a Sunday, but we found the last spot. Upon entering, there was only one other customer there. The walls and windows were decorated with photos of their food items, which is a plus for me as I’m a visual person. After perusing the rather large menu, I decided on the K-Lash or Hangover Burger. It boasted Angus beef, sliced gyro meat(lamb), pastrami, egg, beef steak tomatoes, fried onion, lettuce, and swiss/american cheese. I asked them to hold the jalapeños and add avocado(in my opinion, the right choice). Of course I upgraded to the truffle fries as well. After waiting quite a while(there was only one worker), our food was delivered. This burger was monstrous! I could distinctly taste all the different meats. The cheese was gooey and present. Even the bun was perfectly soft and not too heavy. My only suggestion would be to cook the egg medium so the yolk could break over all the other ingredients. But still, no gripes here! I would definitely love to go back to Jordan’s to try other items on their menu. Overall, a great place for when you’re feeling adventurous!

The philly burger was good but didn’t blow me away, and my son had the kids hot dog and fries which was way too huge for a 5yo. Being that they are in an off the main path location, the food should blow customers away so they will want to return no matter what. They also ran out of meat on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm, so I was told that the cook went to get some more. The menu said Angus beef but it really didn’t seem to taste as so. Garlic fries were not bad but the food needs to be better. Sports décor was ok but difficult to tell what exact theme the restaurant was trying to portray from the multitude of various decorations. The staff was helpful but we were the only ones in there on a Saturday afternoon at 2pm. I recommend looking at the décor and sampling the food to improve it, otherwise I see this place closing within a year!

Ordered guacamole burger and enjoyed the fresh avocado and cilantro used. The tomatoes not that fresh but good. I only wish they would have let the cilantro and tomato fully dry after washing it. My bottom bun was super soggy the entire time I was eating my burger as most of the water and burger grease ended up directly onto the bottom burger bun and it was already extremely soggy before I even got to take my first bite. As for the meat, it was okay but was greasy and tasted like it was high fat ground beef perhaps 85% or so. I could have found this ground beef available at any grocery store and made the same patty. One bite while eating I so happened to bite down on a solid hard bit of gristle that was inside of the ground beef patty which was not appetizing. Truffle fries were bland but mainly because the fries were thin while only being tossed with a pinch of herb that was barely noticeable. Fries also became soggy once they reached room temperature and I wouldn’t order them again. Would like to see this place stay and not be another vacant building space in Chula Vista but the food quality and customer service makes this place easily forgettable.

I read all the reviews. Lived in the area for 5 years. Don’t be fooled by the great reviews. Go to In and Out Burger or Canada steakburger on L Street much better. Same owners as that fake sushi place next door. Just a overpriced neighborhood bar with bland bar food. So what do you expect from Jordan’s. The same thing. I wish they would close Jordan’s and let a legitimate food provider open up.

Love the customer service and atmosphere. The dinning area is set up like if you’re at a stadium and they also have patio seating … Walked in and was greeted by a friendly cashier and not also did he take our order but he delivered our food to our little table! Food was amazing and all around I was pleased and so was my tummy. Hahahahaha… Their menu had many selections from burgers to hot dogs to side orders and the big plus for me was FREEREFILLS on fountain drinks!!! Highly recommend Jordan’s if you’re ever in the Chula Vista/Otay Ranch area !!!

After eating here for the first time, I’m glad to say I left satisfied. The customer service was fine, and the prices were fair especially for the amount of food you get! I ordered the chili dog, and I think they only use Nathan’s hot dogs. The size of the dog will leave you full, and I recommend having a fork on stand by cause it gets messy. The taste was great, and I’m looking forward to going back to try something on they’re menu.

I ordered the giant footlong hot dog with relish and onions. It was big and tasty. So big in fact that I had to take it home for leftovers. The fries are crispy, though a bit stiff. Not a bad eating experience. Plus, being outside on a hot day under some shade is a nice way to get some lunch. I do have some issues with the high prices. $ 9 is a bit excessive for a hot dog, fries, and a small drink. Tried the carne asada fries from my friend. They were eh… The avocado burger that my other friend ordered was huge! The décor went a bit overboard on the sports motif and there’s little parking in front of the place in the afternoon.

My family lives just down the street from this place and every time I visit, I’m intrigued. I finally looked on Unilocal and found some really good reviews. So my sister and I decided to go check it out. We shared the flaming hot doggie(footlong hot dog, grilled onions, jalapenos, bacon, and spicy aioli — $ 5.49). We also shared the truffle fries. The hot dog was a Nathan’s hot dog so it had a nice snap to it. The hot dog was HUGE. We could barely finish it. It was a little too salty for my taste, which is saying a lot because I rarely say that anything is too salty. The truffle fries were really good and had some yummy cheese on top! I would definitely come back when I’m visiting the fam. I’m curious about their burgers and garlic fries!

Me and my girlfriend wanted to try something new and found this little place. It was a small hole in the wall burger joint that had extremely greasy and delicious food!!! I ordered the K-Lash Burger and my girlfriend ordered the TJ Hotdog. The garlic fries were awesome and the price was legit. Will come here again.

Great food, décor, and service. Tyler was extremely polite and cool to talk to. He made the experience that much better. Keep up the great work guys! Recommendations: Carne Asada Nachos, Bacon & Egg Cheeseburger, TJ Dogs, heck… pretty much anything on the menu.

So I’ve driven by this place several times in the past couple years. I never stopped by because it did not look too appealing. The parking is kind of horrible you have to park down the street to get to the place. So I went in and I finally tried it. I was helped by a tall woman with lots of tattoos and very red hair. She accidentally dyed her ears read too Haha. The place looked nice on the inside. I had the Kobe burger. The burger was absolutely delicious. Of course I would expect the Burger to taste great since it has the same name of the great player Kobe Bryant. LOL! It was a big burger and it was made fresh right off the grill. You can also order hotdogs there among the variety of items on the menu. I definitely will go back to sample some more items off the menu. I wish I would have tried it earlier.

It’s really rare when I’m craving or willing to go for a burger but this place had been catching my attention after more than a few sushi sessions at Valentinos so finally decided to try this place and OhEmGee they are delishious… Had the Avocado Burger and I must say the cilantro was all new to me but definitely gives it that kick you expect from a krazy burger. Also tried a few bites of the TJ dog and it is huge but very tasty for hotdog lovers not to mention the fries very fresh and soft– I was more than impressed with this place, yummy food, excellent customers service, very friendly and welcoming and clean… For sure coming back! Thanks guys for making a burger lover again… :)

We love the Veggie Burger and an order of fries and onion rings. It costs us about $ 15 but it is so worth the expense. It is tasty and cooked to order. I love that our other favorite place to eat is next door and owned by the same people.

Right up front: The food was good. I had the TJ Doggie and was quite pleased. The tots were good too. I’ll go back again when I have a bad hangover and get the«hangover burger» too. The staff was cheerful and polite. Service was good and the place was clean as a whistle. Oh yeah, we found parking right up front too. Overall a 4 star experience. I read some of the reviews about the food being frozen and the cooks not wearing gloves. A couple of points on this; if you want to get a burger under $ 10.00, you are going to get frozen meat. Same with the onion rings and all of the other stuff they have on the menu here. As for the gloves, you should peek behind the curtain at most restaurants. Guess what? No gloves and you should see some of the things that happen to your good when no one is watching… Don’t be a pu$$y, as long as everyone washes their hands, you probably won’t get sick…

Absolutely no reason to go here, and a couple reasons not to. — They don’t actually cook a single item on their menu. Everything is simply put together from pre-made ingredients. Frozen breaded chicken fingers on the chicken sandwich. Grocery store buns. Frozen crinkle fries. Pre-formed patties. Relish from a jar, etc. — The food tastes incredibly average and boring. Exactly what you would expect given the above facts. — The place was empty at 12:00 noon on a Thursday. — The cashier girl had to prepare a burger for the customer after me and, without washing her hands, grabbed the raw meat and put it on the grill. Then, of course without washing her hands, started grabbing all of the other ingredients and getting them together. Cross-contamination city. — If you want to give them a try, go soon. They’ll be out of business for a variety of reasons quickly.

Ok I accidentally posted my review on the wrong site awhile back. So here’s my new review. First I like to say I’m a big fan of this place & make sure you bring your appetite here cuz you will get full. Pros, the TJ burger is very good & huge. Most of the burgers are very big. The ones I’ve had have been good. My fav so far was the Cali Burger & the Bacon & Egg cheeseburger, the egg is a sunny side up egg. The girl is always nice so customer service is good & the place is always clean. The food is made fresh everytime! They also have a good Mexican menu which you can make your Carne Asada fries with crinkle fries if you want. Love the sport art inside & how they have baseball/stadium type seats inside. It’s very sporty inside which is a plus for me. Cons, the parking is horrible! It’s not there fault but the parking is bad. You might have to park down the street a bit but honestly the walk is worth it in my opinion. And it’s a bit pricey so make sure you got $ but again worth it. The cup size of sodas are not that big so you finish your drink faster meaning you have to keep getting up for free refills. And you got to ask them for the refill cuz the fountain drink machine is on there side not ours. But over all this place is very good with very good burgers & a good Mexican menu. Ill continue to come back & try different items. So far I haven’t been disappointed in my choices of burgers & hotdogs.

So much better than we expected. We drove by this place the other day and noticed it for the first time. My kids got it in their heads that we needed to give it a try, so this weekend we did. We ordered the Jalapeño cream cheese burger, Philadelphia burger, California burrito, and 2 kids meals. Every since item was DELICIOUS and cooked to order. You always worry ordering Mexican food at a burger joint… but don’t. The carne asada was top notch! Perfect ratio of meat to fries and tons of flavor. The burger meat they use is good quality and was seasoned well. Jalapeño cream cheese was ooie gooey deliciousness! The Philadelphia burger’s pepper and onion blend had just the right amount of heat. My only suggestion would be to order the fries well done if you like your fries extra crispy. We had the regular fries and garlic parmesan fries. Sooooo good!
