Jack In The Box

Haven’t been to a jack in the box in years and for some reason I was craving a burger today, biggest mistake. I went in like 10 mins ago, ordered a #8 small and clearly said to the girl «no ketchup or mustard and curly fires instead of the regular fries». When I got home I opened my bag to find regular fries and the burger has ketchup and mustard. My mistake for not checking before driving away but it’s the last time that I’ll visit a jack in the box. Oh and I didn’t get a straw for my drink :/

Simple olé Jack in the box. My experience wasn’t anything special when I ordered from the kiosk cuz I don’t like waiting in the lines the girl was ice gave me my drinks right away she was a little swamped but I know how it is to be the only cashier during a rush. Then my order was up. The thing that I don’t like thoo the little black trays suck their so tiny! && umhh that’s about it I guess nothing to special. my burger was bombskies tho got the Swiss beef burger… on point

I been wanting to write this review finally I did the past times I have gone here I’m very impressed!!! I go by the drive thru… but when I open my burger wow a well made nice clean looking burger i get!!! Past times in many Jacks I have gotten a sloppy burger that looks nothing like the picture!!! But this place has been making my burgers nicely like it should be and not rushed. Thanks keep up the good work I have gone different times busy and not.

Well it’s Jack in the Box, can’t expect much. The service is ok, not great but ok. The store is clean the workers could be friendlier. Just make sure you double check your bag in DT before you leave, this location & most Jack in the boxes are known to mess up orders. To me they do have the best fast food Breakfast Sandwich (The Breakfast Jack) & the cheapest as far as the price goes. Breakfast Jack, 2 tacos are my 2 fav items here & practically the only thing I order here. It’s the perfect thing to go for when you want a quick bite to eat & low on $.
The big plus here is Jack in the Box is the only Fast Food place that serves Breakfast all day, gotta love that. The big problem is they are also well known to not get your order right in DT (this location is one of them). But other then that the other good thing is the Breakfast Jack, 2 Tacos for 99¢ & a cup of water is what you order when your broke. That was basically my order thru my teenage years, but now I’m able to order a BOTTLE WATER! Feels great to be an adult & not broke!

Imagine that everything that could possibly go wrong while making a fast food order did indeed go wrong. It’s late, you just got back from an airplane trip, and you just want food quickly, and presumably correctly.
A younger man took our order, and after paying, a young lady walked up and tried to give us someone else’s order. I gave it back, no apology or anything and she just walked away. My wife checked the bags (they gave us the items in a number of different bags for no apparent reason), and of course there is neither a receipt, nor the tacos we ordered.
I went back in to get the tacos, and the same girl who tried to give us the wrong order said «You didn’t order tacos.» Except for we did, and she wouldn’t even have known, because she didn’t take the order. She asked for my receipt, and I told her that we didn’t get one and we’re supposed to call an 800 number when that happens (per a sign on the drive-​thru window). She laughed and said, «Yeah, see, the machine is broken so we can’t give the receipt.» Okay, but she ASKED me for the receipt again, after just telling me the machine was broken. She then reached over and looked at the receipt that came out of the machine she said was broken, and checked it. The receipt she didn’t put in the bag. At this point, she of course started giving me a nasty attitude, then said, «Wait here.» So I did.
She came back with tacos and a milkshake I didn’t ask for. I guess it was like a milkshake/​olive branch of peace?
But of course we get home, and all of the orders are botched. My sandwich had tomatoes on it (I asked no tomatoes), my wife’s sandwich had stuff she didn’t ask for, and in my daughter’s chicken strips were jalapeño poppers.
This is fast food. God help us if these people find their way into the medical field.

Don’t bother with complicated orders such as, «no cheese» or «curly fries instead please» because they don’t bother to pay attention. I always have messed up orders inside as well as through the drive through. I highly advise looking through you’re order before driving off. Something you really shouldn’t have to do but then again customer satisfaction isn’t high up there for this stop.

Yucky!!! Frys too cold. Too old. Tacos also the same. Ordered the munchies meal and am totally disappointed

I order some sweet potato fries and they were all burned and the food did not taste good. Never going again!

Guy behind the counter was really friendly with a good attitude! Bathroom was clean and the tacos where larger than usual but great!

Satisfactory. Its just fast food nothing special. Their teriyaki bowl could be better, way too much teriyaki. If you order tacos make sure to tell them to go easy on the lettuce, if not you will end up with lettuce overload. Hmmm I’m sensing a pattern here.
