The place I usually go to was closed, my sister told me to try this place out because her friend had been going there, gave it a try and I will NEVER go back again. My eyebrows are completely messed up. I never had to fill in my eye brows and now I definitely will have to. I’m so disappointed and I’ll have to let them grow back for a very long time before they ever get back to how I had them. I do not recommend this place.

I used to be so afraid of the threading bit after getting them done here with Sonia I now prefer my eyebrows to be threaded rather than wax just because the shape is much more cleaner and your eyebrow hair doesn’t grow as fast the salon is always clean and the prices are very affordable really love it here its worth the drive

I absolutely LOVE Sita!!! She is amazing! This place was recommended by my sister last year and I have been going to Sita every since. Sita listens to what I want and she delivers. I drive all the way from North County just to get my eyebrows threaded. I recommend this place to everyone when they ask about my eyebrows.

I’ve been coming here for years Sita and yasa are great, but today 2 of my family members went there for the usual (eyebrows and upper lip) and the Arabic ladies that they don’t have customer service whatsoever the tall one and the shorter one told my mother they were not in either sita or yasa with no explanation, when I called they told me yas was already back from lunch and sita was out sick, so my mom when she got there oh surprise ! They told her she’s Yasis not back until Tuesday This is not NICE what this lady did causing all this inconvenience of going there once just because you are sorry but BITCHES and BTW is not the first time something like this happen

They do it so quickly ! I come here with a friend and he also loves how they do his eyebrows. He likes the girl with the blonde, but there’s two of the other ladies that I prefer to have my eyebrows done by.

The only place I get my eyebrows done. Sometimes the other girls are rude but I don’t care I wait for Sita always! She is the best at what she does and she is always friendly. If she not there, wait! she’s worth it!

I’ve been coming here for 6 years. I remember Sita has been there since the beginning for me but my go to girl is Enus! She really understands my difficult brow shape and every time she does it it’s perfect. However if i am in a hurry and she is not there i’ll go with whoever can help me if they mess it up oh well, it will grow back and it’s never THAT bad. Just different. My second favorite is Jessi (i think that’s her name). I have been there plenty of times and ppl expect awesome service but when you demand a shape or give them attitude they give it back. Yea they don’t take shit from ppl. They are also really quiet but that doesn’t mean they are rude. I always ask nicely, politely, smile and i get what i want because it’s all in how you treat others. I never have problems with them. If you want them to treat you like gods go somewhere else. If you are very particular just explain nicely what you want and don’t want. Tell them you are nervous and ask them if they can show you as they go threading, give em a nice tip for being patient and you are good to go. It’s not the end of the world.

Cheapest threading place in town for me. The service is brusque and they don’t take the time to really make you feel like a customer, but for the price, you can’t expect much more.

This place has gone downhill rapidly. They moved out of the mall and into a little shop across the street. Not clean, not welcoming, the girl had just finished a cigarette before working on my eyebrows which didn’t create a pleasant experience with her breathing near my face hahaha. They really aren’t passionate about their business. Maybe they have a business to keep food on the table which I respect but they don’t care if you come back. They do a pretty good job but the whole experience is uncomfortable. I was eager to leave the moment I stepped in this time!

Their customer service is horrible!.. You walk in and no one helps you .cita is the only one I’ve tried because I really wanted to try threading but everyone besides her is just simply rude. And I don’t think I’d ever come back here.

Can I just say how amazing they are I swear I never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows threaded but here. They all do an amazing job on top of that the prices are great and you leave the store with the same eyebrows unlike other places who mess them up.

I love this place! Go to SIta or Eva they do such a good job. Many customers can say they arent very friendly but they dont speak perfect english so give them a break. Ive always felt welcomed and compfortable there. Ive tried all the girls and they all do a good job but like i said I prefer Sita or Eva they did my eyebrows on point!

Sita is the best! If you come here see her and only her, she knows her stuff and does it fast and as pain free as possible. I always get compliments on my eyebrows. I only give it four stars because every time I come the other ladies aren’t too nice and if you ask for the restroom they say it’s «out of service» so come see Sita, have amazing brows and make sure not to drink coffee before you come because the wait will be excruciating!

Price great, but you get what you pay for. I grew out my eyebrows for a year and this girl messed them up! Should have known her’s were pretty bad. I had my whole face threaded and now I have broken out all over maybe their thread wasn’t good quality IDK. But I don’t usually break out all over my face after threading. Beauty by Dolly in Hillcrest is so much better!

So this place RE-​located to 575 H street (right next to chipotle). Showed up yesterday just in time (they close at 7:30 now) and Sita took care of me. In and out and eyebrows looking good B-​) will be back bi-​weekly!

Came to visit my parents in chula vista, and needed to get my eyebrows done urgently so i decided to look for places around here and gave this place a try since they had a good deal for 5 dllr service.
Little to know that i was going to have the worst experience ever. Came in, no one greeted me at all, including the girl at the counter. I signed up and once i was told to go to the chair i told the lady i had seen the coupon on Unilocal and asked if i could use it. She gave me the most nasty look just like the one i got when i came in, then she started talking in some other language to the other girl and started to question me like if i was on a court trial to try and find out if i was lying about it being my first time there. She started doing my eyebrows in the most rude way possible and kept on going with the questions.
The saddest part of all this, is that she really did a good job with my eyebrows but I WONT BE COMING BACK! At all after how uncomfortable that made me feel.

Sita is the best! Just go straight to her and she will fo a wonderful job.

When I saw a coupon for this place I was excited to come and get my eyebrows threaded for just $ 5.00. My excitement soon went downhill.
When I saw the shop from far away it was completely empty, not even the employees were seen, at 8:30. I thought they were closed, but still checked by opening the door. We walked in and saw two ladies sitting down at the back of the room. They came towards us, but didn’t say anything. I asked for Sita, due to a lot of reviewers recommending her. One of the ladies said she was going to be working on Monday. I was debating to wait until Monday, or just do it today. My mom asked if they knew how to do it, and one of them said yes, but they wouldn’t accept the coupon. They questioned if it was really my first time just because I asked for Sita. She asked how I knew it, and I said it was because of the reviews. Good customer service should be applied at any time of the day, so there is no excuse. When you walk into a Nail Salon they quickly greet you, and ask what you will want. I am very dissapointed.
Clearly these ladies don’t care, because any other company wouldn’t have questioned their customer and turn them away. I strongly believe in paying a few extra bucks for great customer service and great service.
Do not recommend this place.
I will not be going back to this place.

Sita is the eyebrow goddess! If threading if already your method of eyebrow maintenance and you’re looking for a new place, go here and ask for Sita! (She doesn’t work Sundays)
If you’re considering threading, it hurts. It’s not as quick and easy as waxing — each little hair gets plucked and you can feel it. But they look so so good in the end. I trust Sita with my brows AND they have a loyalty program here.
Give them a try for sure!
