The lady working the front was sooo rude. How is she even employed here? Her job is to serve us and answer any questions we might have. I had a few questions on the turkey I got, and she didn’t even want to help and just rushed me out. Extremely disgusted by this lady’s attitude. And what’s even worse, is she was so mean to this older gentlemen in front of me and he seemed embarrassed by her yelling. I hope this location gets some new employees, at least ones with the basic knowledge of knowing that when you work in customer service, it is YOUR job to help us. but what else do I expect from a grown lady with a minimum wage job who’s miserable with her life? Disgusted by the service.

Trying to order ahead for a Thanksgiving Ham — 1st time customer. The lady taking my order spoke extremely quick and appeared to be in a big rush. Anyway, I asked her what the average wait time is for picking up a reserved order and she couldn’t tell me — she said she’s in the back and has no idea. I asked her several times if she ask someone for me — I have a fear that it might take 2 hours in line to pick up my reservation. After reading the recent reviews — I’ve decided to go elsewhere.

Very disappointed on the level of service at this location. I ordered 2 turkey breasts on this past Monday to pick up today(Wednesday). Lady on the phone was pleasant to talk to and she told me they open at 10am. I told her I have a potluck at noon and if the turkey breasts will be ready by the time they open. She tells me it shouldn’t be a problem. I come at 10am and sign says they’re not open until 10:30am. That’s fine, I’ll shop at Marshalls while I wait. While I’m in line, other customers were told their orders will not be ready by 1pm. All ham and turkey orders JUST got to their store. I was not the only disgruntled customer. Why would we have a reservation, be told what time they open and be turned away to come back. I immediately left. I was really disappointed in the lack of customer service at this place. If customers order ahead of time, there should be better planning and having it ready by opening hours or at least let customers know before going to the store. Not only that, their employees were extremely rude(with the exception of the lady I spoke to on the phone).

Came in for a sandwich a woman by the name of lisa waited on me she was extreamly rude and starting yelling at me when I told that I did not want mustard on my sandwich which I had told her two times before. She forsed me to get the combo even though I told her I would pay the extra to get just the one side she gave me the combo anyways and told me I could only get potato salad. She did not change her gloves when she was changing tasks or orders. Management need to get rid of her.

Very bad customer service. An associate by the name of Lisa was absolutely rude. When I told her I was displeased with her service, she got angry and more rude instead of being professional and apologetic. Mgmt. was just as bad. Never returning.

Love the smoked turkey breast. I usually order it for Christmas Day and serve it with a variety of breads, rolls and salads so friends dropping by who are rushing around, gifting, can grab a quick bite or snack while opening gifts. It’s pre-sliced for sandwiches but it also is a very welcomed addition to any Christmas dinner.

The ham is deliciously amazing! But has anyone tried their Turkey? I would love to order it this year.

Day before Thanksgiving, line will be wrapped around the corner(moved quick only 30 min wait). $ 19.99 Turkey breast(oven roasted or smoked) with a purchase of ham. If you don’t have a reservation, only the big hams($ 50+) are left. Line moves pretty quickly, but many people were trying to get sides and were SOL unless you pre-ordered. They were 86 on the big favorites such as the mash potato & creamed corn. Sides are 4 for $ 27. I love the cranberry port sauce, chunky, not too bitter, and not too gelatinous. The thick and creamy creamed corn is the BIG favorite. I don’t even wanna look at how many calories that bad boy is, cuz it taste like a million. Their ham is delicious ! It’s so much more expensive than Costco’s ham, but you taste the juicy flavor all the way to the bone. Crusty honey glaze on the outside and moist and juicy on the inside. Spiral cut & so easy to prepare; just thaw it out for 1 hour. Done & Yum. I never noticed all the catering platters made outta plastic on display, but I hear that they are delicious. I used to order them for corporate events, but I never tried it myself. The place was a zoo, so I ran out of there ASAP, but next time I’m feeling sandwichy, I think I’ll stop in.

Try their sandwiches to eat in or take out. Large, excellent and very cheap!

The Ham was a welcome addition to the Thanksgiving spread. It was sweet and savory, a nice combination; warm and cold the meat served as a wonderful meat portion to sandwiches as well as a welcome main to be had with regular thanksgiving sides.

I’ve never had a disappointing meal from this place. And although I very rarely buy meals from Honeybaked, I’ve learned of an evan better deal. I’ve added a new recipe to my repertoire. Red beans and rice. But I add a nice meaty hambone to my cooking process. Well, I get the hambone from Honeybaked! They have an awesome deal. A BOGO on hambones! And the cool thing is the bone has tons of meat left on it. So I got one for $ 15 and the second one, a comprable size was free. It was perfect! It gave my meal great flavor and added a nice touch of meat to my dish.

Went here on a whim. Got to try the free samples. Damn! The jams are the shit. Favorite was this Pineapple Apricot. They also have some party platters so that’s pretty convenient. Instead of getting those party platters from Vons. Anxious to try out one of their hams. Will follow up with a review once I do. Peace!

I visit Terra Nova Plaza at least four or five times a week for different purposes, but I have NEVER even noticed this place and didn’t even know it existed. Anyway, since its right next door to Daphne’s, I was planning on going in there but I figured I’d try something different. The moment I walked in, I was quickly greeted by a young fellow who was absolutely kind and professional. The manager also came out from the back and greeted me and she was very nice. Honestly, the place was dead. I have a feeling they don’t get too many customers so the ones that do show up are treated like royalty. Anyway, once again, I ordered a combo meal which included a turkey sandwich, side salad and corn. The bread was white, normal standard size, nothing special, but the turkey was deliciously honey good. The salad was tasty which had a mixture of romaine and iceberg salad. The corn was phenomenal. As you can see in the image I posted, the corn had a creamy sauce that was just awesome. It was a great tasty meal that filled me up just right and all for $ 6.75. Overall, it was a good meal, excellent customer service and they have a wide variety of hams.

Too expensive for the quantity This is a place that my family used to shop at every couple months in the ‘90s for the tasty ham salad(imagine tuna salad but with ham). Over the years, the prices continued to go up, the novelty wore off, and we stopped shopping there. I never hear anyone talk about this place anymore. I am surprised to hear that they are still in business.
