Good knowledgeable staff and they are always helpful. Staff is not pushy at all for sales our they are not trying to sell you stuff all the time. They seem to always have the games our products in stock that I’m looking for. 4 stars because or prices are sort of high but comparable to most retailers.

I’ve been here a few times and have been greeted by the staff every time. The store is clean and well organized, but it seems a little small. They have a good selection of games, but don’t have some titles that I’ve seen everywhere else. They were probably sold out. Parking is always a pain during the day because of the other stores and restaurants in the area. The staff knows their games and are really friendly.

I would give you a zero if I could. Why would you stay open until 10pm on a Monday but 6pm on Sunday? It would seem to me that more people would frequent your store when they are not working. I hope red box replaces you!

As far as GameStops go, this place is top notch, and although their are some downsides, they aren’t really the staff’s fault.
The manager and assistant manager are super knowledgeable and friendly. The store is almost always clean and organized. They have midnight releases and sometimes have food and prizes for those who attend.
The only legitimate complaint I can have is that during most weekdays there are not enough staff in the morning/​early afternoon, but this is most likely due to the corporate assignment of hours that must be stretched.
Overall this is my favorite GameStop and I wish more had the same quality of staff that this one has.

Will never use game stop again. My girlfriend and I stopped by on our way home to pick up Mario Party and we figured we’d buy it pre-​owned and save a few bucks, I understand that there is some risk buying pre-​owned as the disks aren’t in mint condition, however the CD we got looked like it was mauled by a bear. Do they not inspect the CDs when they get them? After I called and told them my issue I received nothing but excuses, and that was from the manager. It’s easier just to go to Walmart or buy from Amazon, better prices, and no BS from a soon to be failing business.

Son loves this place and the employees are very knowledgeable. They got extra brownie points when they dissuaded me on buying a game. They said it was wayyyy to violent. They could have just made the sale, but instead were looking out for me and my son! Kudos!!!

I had never had a bad experience in this store.
The Good: Good Customer service, will find about any new game! I got my MW3 the same day, with no problems, no shortage and no big lines. The line actually moved quickly…
The Bad: Lack of recent used game selection.
The Ugly: NOTHING

Typical Game Stop. Typically tried to sell me the warranty for the game. Typically also tried to sell me a strategy guide for said game. HUGE stock on game release date, but told me they might run out by the end of the day.

WE had a lil rock band party… and needed something and they closed 45 minutes early!!!
Set us back a lot of time!

pros… just another gamestop in another mall. this one usually has some pretty good selection. it has great used games and also has some pretty friendly guys at the counter. they are somewhat helpful if you ask them a question.
cons.parking in this mall is a bit tight. when ever you are buying used games check it out first. sometime they don’t have the instructions or something like that.
