First Choice Carpet Cleaning

Quoted one price over the phone. When they showed up they wanted to charge us 2x as much to use SOAP. The guy that showed up was more than happy to walk away. Prefer to pay extra to an honest company than to give my money to someone with the goal of ripping off their clients.

I called on Friday, they scheduled to come out on Sunday between 12 – 2. 1:40 rolls along so I call to see what the deal is. The technician calls them says that he’s been trying to get ahold of me since 11. I let him know that I have not received any phone calls or voicemails. He continues to state that he did, I continued to say that I haven’t received anything. At this point, he is just arguing with me. I let him know that I will no longer need his service, and he hangs up. I called the office, spoke to the lady who I spoke to earlier. She lets me know the supervisor will give me a call. I answer, and it’s the same man arguing with me some more. I let him know that I did not want to talk to him because he is being very unprofessional. I said I would like to speak to the supervisor. He then says that he is the supervisor. Wow. If he is, he is not professional at all! Since when do they argue with the customer. I will never give them any kind of service nor will I recommend then to anyone.

VERY FAST! I was highly impressed by the job and quality done! I had horrible stains from pets and kids and they were able to clean them right out. Just over all SUPER Impressed. Not to mention, the house smell more fresh after the carpet cleaning. Thank you! Highly recommended and will use again in the future!

I called this place based on the reviews! What a mistake! Worst customer service! I had an appt today, Saturday appt between 10 – 12. I get a call at 930 saying their equipment is broken. Was told if it was OK to reschedule between 2 – 4. I asked if it can be sooner. She said she will cal the technician and get back to me. Half an hour later, I get a direct call from the technician saying he can come between 1 – 3 and will call 30 minutes before he shows up. I then call their customer service to tell her that I got a call from their technician. She said she will tell the tech to come to my house closer to 1 and I will get a call 30 minutes before they show up. At 2:56 pm, tech has not showed up or even called. I call customer service and she says that I will call the tech right now and she will get back to me right away. 20 minutes later, I finally call back and I tell her I’ve been waiting for a call back. She goes, «Oh, he hasn’t called you back?» C’mon lady!, your job is customer service. Why don’t you call me back after you talk to you tech to let me know he is coming! I finally told them not to come anymore since I had a prior commitment. This business is horrible! I don’t care how clean they can make your carpet like other reviewers are saying. They can’t even show up!!!

We invited a neighbor over for tea and he noticed our beautiful carpets. He asked about our carpet cleaner and we recommended First Choice Carpet Cleaning, He hired them on the spot! We couldn’t speak highly of the capabilities and expertise of this service. We would be very happy to recommend them to all neighbors. Their service is unmatchable!

have used them about 3 times. I am always very happy with how clean the
carpets are. I got them to clean my Mom’s condo yesterday and she was
thrilled by the service she received as well. Carpets always come out
looking great. I just love how easy it is to book even on short notice.
